About Pawcation
Pawcation is a dog walking and pet sitting service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as a verified provider. It carries a Google rating of 4.6 out of 5 based on 5,419 reviews, which represents a robust sample and offers a reliable signal of consistent service quality. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-visit rates are not published on this listing.
When engaging Pawcation, it helps to share details about your pet upfront — including breed, size, temperament, and any known anxieties or medical conditions. Vaccination records (typically DHPP and rabies for dogs, current within 12 months) are usually required before a booking is confirmed, so have these ready. If you are new to the service, ask about a trial visit so your pet can be introduced to the walker or sitter in a low-pressure setting before a recurring schedule begins. Clarify whether the service is drop-off based or whether the team comes to your home, and confirm how recurring bookings are managed.
To get started, reach out to Pawcation via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page. Confirm the per-visit rate, your pet's specific requirements, and the vaccination documentation needed before the first appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
We booked a two-night suite stay using points to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday in September 2025, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Right from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the Club Manager, Kenny, whose hospitality truly set the tone for our trip. During our time in the lounge, we had a minor mishap where coffee was accidentally spilled on our clothes. However, the way the hotel handled the situation was incredibly sincere and professional. Not only did they take care of the full laundry service, but they also generously gifted us a Sunday Brunch at their Italian restaurant, LUCE. The food was absolutely delicious and turned a small accident into a wonderful culinary highlight! The room setup was another massive highlight. We had requested some special birthday arrangements, and the team went above and beyond. We walked into a beautifully prepared suite covered in rose petals and heart-shaped balloons, complete with special pastries, a gorgeous birthday cake, and a bottle of red wine. We took so many amazing photos and spent a truly romantic two nights in that room. As the property transitions into its exciting new chapter as Frasers House, I want to wish the team all the best and a very prosperous business ahead. The level of care and service we received was unforgettable. We will definitely be back, especially to dine at LUCE and their other fantastic restaurants again!
We stayed here during CNY for staycation. It was our first experience to enjoy the baby-friendly lounge, it helped our stay a lot. Thanks to Harry and Kenny and all the team there, our stay became so comfortable and fruitful. Our baby also liked them! We will definitely come back. Also door man and bell hops were very helpful, appreciate their hospitality. The best service!
Purpose of stay: couple's staycation Overall: Stayed for a night in a . Overall, it was as slightly better than expected for the price as it was a rather large room Location: Just above Bugis mrt station and attached to the Bugis junction mall. Area was busy due to the Christmas period. Plenty of food & shops nearby outside of the mall Check-in & service: Check-in took about 10 mins. There was an initial hiccup with how a physical ID was required. Staff were generally still patient and professional and did not insist on the physical ID. Room & cleanliness: Room size felt spacious and could fit up to 10 people imo. Bed was [comfortable/firm/soft]. Cleanliness was [good/average/poor] with [specific details].”Bathroom & water: “Shower had [strong/weak] pressure, hot water was [stable/inconsistent]. Had a wonderful one-night staycay here. Good vibes overall and wonderful service from all their staff, especially Henry from the lounge who went the extra mile to get us oat milk. The room is clean and spacious. Gym is also well maintained with good selection of equipment. Great location in the heart of Bugis, with plenty of food options around. If you are parking here, ask for the $25 front parking. Do not park at the basement carpark as it belongs to Bugis Junction. One minor thing that they could improve would be the choice of bottle water they offer. Made the experience here bit less premium.
Used to be Intercontinental, now Marriott with mostly the same staff. 5 star service from start to end. Bonvoy benefits well respected. Outstanding lounge. Only one little annoyance: orange juice was consistently (4 days stay) not refilled at the main breakfast restaurant.

Pawcation's specific per-visit rates are not published on this listing, so you will need to contact them directly for a quote. As a general reference, dog walking services in Singapore typically start from around S$20–30 for a 30-minute walk, while pet sitting (in-home overnight or drop-in visits) commonly ranges from S$50–120 per night or visit depending on the number of pets and scope of care. Surcharges may apply for larger breeds, additional pets, or peak periods such as public holidays. Always confirm the full breakdown — including any travel or transport fees and add-on services — before confirming the booking. See the full Dog Walking and Pet Sitting cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, most professional pet sitting and dog walking providers in Singapore require up-to-date DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, typically administered within the past 12 months. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required if your pet will be around other animals during daycare or group walks. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) is the standard requirement. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a recent vet certificate to confirm compliance. If your pet's vaccinations are not current, arrange an appointment with your vet before the first booking, as most providers will not accept unvaccinated animals.
Pawcation is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact channels. However, no regulatory licences are currently listed on this profile. In Singapore, the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under NParks oversees the licensing of animal boarding establishments; dog walking and pet sitting services that do not operate a physical boarding facility may not require the same AVS licence, but it is worth confirming directly. Before your first appointment, ask Pawcation whether they hold any AVS authorisation and whether their service includes insurance coverage for incidents during care. Visit the facility if drop-off is involved, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Pawcation isn't the right fit, these are other dog walking/ pet sitting providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
