I’m so thankful I found this treasure in my new neighbourhood! After moving here, I was stressing over where to find a good groomer for my young Bichon pup. Thank goodness I discovered Pawcious Moment! The moment I stepped in, I was sold — the ambience, the clean setup, and the open, see-through concept gave such a warm and positive vibe. I actually visited to check out the place before booking my pup’s first session, and I’m so glad I did. Janelle and her team are incredibly friendly and professional. Even though they’re always busy with many “cute customers,” everything feels calm and well-managed. You can really sense the good energy in the space — all the dogs waiting their turn looked relaxed and comfortable! I was told I could visit and check on my pup during grooming, but I chose not to because I truly felt he was in good hands. And wow — when I saw him after the session, I almost couldn’t recognise my own Bichon! He looked sooo charming, neat, and handsome — and he smelled sooo clean and fresh! Janelle is such a lovely and nice person, and I’m really happy I chose this place for my Bichon. We’re already excited the night before each grooming session because we can’t wait to see his new look. Highly recommend to all fur parents! Just remember to book in advance because they’re very popular. Definitely coming back every month ❤️
