When getting in touch, be prepared to share your pet's size, breed, coat type, and temperament, as these factors typically influence grooming duration and pricing. Vaccination records are usually required before any appointment is confirmed, so have those on hand early. If your pet has not visited before, ask whether a trial visit or brief consultation is available to help your pet settle. Clarify whether grooming is drop-off at the Sembawang Road location or whether mobile services are offered, and discuss whether you would prefer a recurring schedule for regular upkeep.
To take the next step, contact Pawfessional Cut directly via phone or the enquiry form on their listing to confirm availability, share your pet's details, and arrange a first appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
We purchased a puppy recently and had many things we wanted to find out about. The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and were very passionate about answering all the queries that we had. Thank you for making us more confident as first time dog owners! :)
I had a great experience with Pawfessional Pet Care. Having recently lost my senior dog, I was looking to potentially adopt another suitable adult dog. I came across their instagram post sharing that they have some retiring breeding dogs for adoption. Both Mr Chao and his son were warm, kind, generous with their time and knowledgeable, and passionate about their dogs. Their dogs all looked to be in excellent care and condition, and I was overall very impressed with their willingness to engage and place their retired dogs in good homes. Thank you for everything!
I got a chihuahua from them for some months now, for some reason this chihuahua is bred rly well — good temperament, kind gentleman and doesn’t bark unnecessarily and Grade A health (the vet says he’s one of the best chihuahuas she has seen) Very obedient too and respectful; reminds me of an eager Boy Scout 😳. If you’re looking for a well bred chihuahua I think this breeder is pretty good
While the front desk staff remains friendly, grooming quality has declined over the years. A cut so close to the eyes is simply unacceptable. Will not visit this groomer again.
Brought my child today to the shop but was greeted by an unkind man in his fifties. First I went in 12+ and my child and I was quiet as the dogs are mostly asleep but he needed to come over and told us to better keep quiet and not disturb the dogs. After we had our lunch, we came by again and this time round before we could make our way in, he told us his shop is too crowded. Obviously, he was judging us as not potential customers and turning us away in a very very rude way. “Potential pets owners or existing pet owners who patronise this shop, please think twice about entrusting your pet over to them.

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by the size and breed of your pet and the type of coat involved. A standard bath-and-trim for a small dog or cat generally starts from around S$50–S$80, while larger breeds or dogs with dense or long coats can attract higher rates. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail clipping, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately. If mobile grooming is available, a transport or travel surcharge may apply depending on your location. It is worth confirming the full price list — including any breed-specific surcharges — directly with Pawfessional Cut before booking. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most reputable grooming providers in Singapore require proof of up-to-date vaccinations before accepting a pet for any service. For dogs, this typically means the DHPP combination vaccine (covering distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) as well as rabies. For cats, the standard FVRCP vaccine is commonly required. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is frequently requested at facilities where pets may be in close proximity. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to your first appointment, or submit them in advance if requested. Confirm the exact requirements with Pawfessional Cut directly, as policies can differ between providers.
Pawfessional Cut is ACRA-registered and KakiList-verified, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. The listing does not currently specify any Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) licences or insurance coverage, so it is advisable to ask the provider directly about their licensing status and what protocols are in place should a pet be injured or fall unwell during a grooming session. Reputable grooming facilities typically have procedures for handling medical incidents and can advise on whether they carry insurance for pet care liability. Visit the facility if possible, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Pawfessional Cut isn't the right fit, these are other pet grooming providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
