About Pawkit

About Pawkit

Pawkit is a pet grooming provider operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList as both verified and ACRA-registered. It holds a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 333 reviews, a robust sample that gives reasonable confidence in service consistency. Pawkit is based at 65 Ubi Crescent, #07-07 Hola Centre, Singapore 408559, and can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form.

When booking a grooming session, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type ready, as these typically determine the base price and session duration. Temperament matters too — let Pawkit know in advance if your pet is anxious, reactive, or has had difficult grooming experiences before. You will also need to provide up-to-date vaccination records before the appointment. If it is your pet's first visit, consider asking about a brief introductory session so the groomer can assess how your pet settles. Once you are comfortable with the service, many owners arrange a recurring grooming schedule to keep their pet's coat and hygiene in good order.

To get started, reach out to Pawkit directly via WhatsApp or phone to confirm availability, discuss your pet's specific grooming needs, and ask about current pricing for your pet's size and breed before booking your first appointment.

We had Dr Chloe come to our home to microchip our 3 cats, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Two of my cats were extremely scared and anxious, and as a pet parent, I was very worried about how they would cope. Dr Chloe was incredibly gentle, patient, and calm — she took her time and handled them with so much care and reassurance. Despite their fear, the entire process went smoothly and was over so quickly, with minimal stress for my cats. Seeing how kind and confident she was with them truly put my heart at ease. Having the microchipping done at home made such a big difference for both my cats and myself. Thank you, Dr Chloe, for treating my cats like your own. I’m truly grateful for your professionalism, compassion, and love for animals. I would highly recommend her to any pet owner who wants a calm, stress-free, and caring experience at home.

Dr Wong Min Zhi was very gentle with my babies. She explained the steps before the microchip in-plant process started. I am very happy with the whole process of service, Pawkit provided me with useful tips and information on how to handle my babies during the process. The whole process took only 20 mins. This home service helps me and my babies avoided all the unnecessary stress. Thank you Pawkit. From Babo and Bella Mommy

Services were top notch and prompt from the team during weekends (even it’s listed they only reply during weekdays). Got my booking immediately and no hidden cost whatsoever - it’s as simple as that. Gene, the groomer was extremely professional as well, my bunny really enjoyed the process in the comforts of his own home :) will definitely engage Pawkit again. Pawkit to the rescue! Needed to groom my pet before flying to Japan for 9 days Michaela has been very patient with my 7 month old puppy especially when it’s his first time having a full grooming session - teething, easily distracted and super uncooperative. They have saved me so much time, be at ease and be able to clear some work at home. Will definitely use them again ☺️

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Pawkit charge?

Grooming prices in Singapore typically start from around S$40–S$60 for small dogs or cats and can rise to S$120 or more for large or double-coated breeds. The base rate usually covers a bath, blow-dry, and trim, but the final figure depends on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are commonly charged separately. If Pawkit offers mobile or home-visit grooming, a transport surcharge may also apply. Confirm the full itemised price, including any breed or coat-type surcharges, before booking. What vaccinations does Pawkit require?

Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza (the DHPP combination), as well as rabies. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia is standard. Some groomers also request bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination, particularly if your pet will be around other animals. Vaccination records are typically required to be current within the past 12 months, and you should bring proof of vaccination to your appointment. If your pet's records are not up to date, arrange a vet visit before booking. Contact Pawkit directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first visit.

Is Pawkit licensed and insured?

In Singapore, grooming facilities and boarding operations are subject to licensing requirements under the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS), which sits under the National Parks Board. Grooming-only services have a different regulatory threshold from boarding, so it is worth confirming directly with Pawkit what licences they hold and whether their premises are AVS-inspected. On insurance, ask Pawkit whether they carry coverage for pet injury, illness, or adverse reactions that may occur during a grooming session. Reputable groomers will be transparent about their protocol if something goes wrong, including how they communicate with owners and arrange veterinary attention if needed. Visit the facility if possible, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance coverage before drop-off.
