My dog, Hunter, has been groomed by Jasmine since he was a puppy. It’s been 5 years now and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Jasmine has truly earned our trust. She’s rly attentive and caring. Whenever Hunter has any skin irritation that we might miss under his thick fur, she always notices and lets us know, so we can treat it before it worsens. She also makes the effort to check in and help us schedule Hunter’s next grooming based on our availability. My family is happy with Pawparazzi and as long as Jasmine is available, we will always look for her. Our dog has been groomed by her since he was a puppy and that’s been over 7 years already. In terms of physical space the salon is always clean & smells fresh despite pets moving through during the day. The main door is always locked and the free-roaming area for pets to wait prior to collection is also gated, giving you peace of mind regards safety. Further more, Jasmine is very accommodating to our requests, for example how we would like to manage his coat when skin conditions set in, she also updates us on anything she spots during grooming, which is helpful if we’ve missed it. She’s patient as well, sometimes our dog goes in when a thunderstorm is about to start and he will be anxious at the salon. Oliver always comes home looking neat and smart and smells good too! The pics after, especially the seasonal ones are fun to receive as well :) The key thing for us is trust; we trust Jasmine with our dog and that’s why we’ll keep going back to her. If a friend were to ask for a groomer, I’d be sending them to her, thank you!

We are fussy pawrents and are very particular and selective of the groomer we choose for our dogs. Having patronised Pawparazzi for at least a good 3 years now says a lot about this place. My previous dog Tobi was a timid boy but whenever he went to Jasmine's, he was always smiley, wagging his tail and had no anxiety at all. We can tell Jasmine has treated him well. When he was diagnosed with cancer, was in pain and would bite, Jasmine could flip him on his back and cut his nails. This was definitely a sign of trust between Tobi and Jasmine. All in all, Jasmine is a kind and good groomer with a true passion for dogs. My current dog is also going to her and I am sure my future dogs would too. Thumbs up for Pawparazzi. Highly recommended if you want a safe, professional groomer with a good heart. p/s Love it that Jasmine always take photos of the dogs after grooming and the backdrop changes with every festive season.
