When engaging Pawtraits, it helps to have your pet's details ready before reaching out — breed, size, coat type, and general temperament all affect the grooming approach and pricing. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as reputable groomers typically require proof of current vaccinations before accepting a new pet. If your dog or cat has not been groomed before or tends to be anxious around unfamiliar people or equipment, mention this when you make first contact so the team can plan accordingly. You can reach Pawtraits via WhatsApp, phone, or an online enquiry form, making it straightforward to ask about available slots and set up a recurring schedule that suits your household.
To get started, send Pawtraits a WhatsApp message with your pet's breed, approximate weight, and your preferred appointment date. Ask about current availability, the specific services included in the standard groom, and any add-on options before confirming your booking.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
We have been using Pawtraits as our groomer for more than two years now. Our bichon always receives the cutest poodle cut (to our specifications). Groomers are responsive, prices are reasonable and pickup transport can be arranged at extra cost which is a plus for us busy pawrents! They also provide photos of the grooming process and end results before the end of the grooming session to give peace of mind of any anxious pawrents. Strongly recommend for anyone living in the northeast looking for a reliable long term groomer to trust.
Excellent team led by Clarice! We chanced upon them in the neighbourhood and thought to give them a go and have been frequenting them for about a year now. Very flexible and accommodating team who dont miss a beat on even the finer details! For those wondering, they also charge very very fair prices for the quality of service that your furkids will get. Booking appointments are always super easy and the team is always quick to respond on whatsapp. Theyre also excellent with my anxious GR and were professional in ensuring that she gets groomed well while not causing more stress to her. I've decided to write this review now because we had an incident on our way to our last grooming session and thought to share as it speaks volumes of the quality of service you can expect from the team. We were walking to Pawtraits under the hot afternoon sun and my dog must've hurt herself on the way there and by the time we got to Pawtraits, we realised her paws were cut and bleeding. The team were super attentive and kind to go above and beyond to help dress her wound and also pull out (dog)shoes to protect her pawpads for the walk home. They bothered to follow up to ask how she was later in the day and recommend tips to help protect her (delicate)pawpads. Was extremely touched and genuinely greatly appreciated the care that they showed and they've definitely earned loyalty points with me on this one. Thank you so much to the great team at Pawtraits and we cant wait to see you grow and continue to thrive!
Been sending my mini pinscher for grooming here for a few months. Love their service and the way they treat her. Recently they noticed she had an ear infection and informed me immediately and I could get it treated before it got serious. Always sending cute photos of her when they're done too. Thank you!
Found pawtraits online while looking for a new groomer for my toy poodle. Clarice was patient with my queries and planned grooming schedule for my poodle's grooming efficiently. I requested for pick up service and was constantly updated with photos/videos of her whereabouts by driver even without me asking. Groomer (Rina) is very experienced. Outcome was perfect even though my poodle's fur were too tangled. Highly recommend!
We have been searching for a good groomer for a long time and I have to say that Pawtraits is the best! So much so that, this is the second time we have visited! They have met our expectation and groomed Mizu really well. Pawtraits keeps us updated by sending us photos and videos. We can see that Mizu looks really comfortable with them, and she is really smooth and well trimmed after the groom! The owner is really understanding and attentive regarding our enquires, such as the length, as well! All in all, their service is fantastic and we will definitely visit again for more grooming sessions!

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by the pet's size, breed, and coat condition rather than being set at a single flat rate. Smaller dogs and cats generally attract lower base rates, while large or double-coated breeds can cost considerably more. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately on top of the standard bath-and-trim package. Transport or mobile surcharges may apply depending on the service format. Contact Pawtraits directly via WhatsApp or phone to get an accurate quote for your specific pet before confirming a booking. Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations — typically the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and a valid rabies vaccination. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard expectation. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required by facilities that also offer boarding or daycare alongside grooming. Vaccination records are generally expected to be within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate when you attend your first appointment. If your pet's vaccinations are not up to date, your vet can advise on what is needed before the grooming visit. Confirm Pawtraits' specific vaccination requirements when you make your booking enquiry.
Pawtraits is registered with ACRA and has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact information have been independently confirmed. In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not subject to mandatory licensing by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS); AVS licensing requirements apply specifically to boarding establishments. No boarding licence is listed for Pawtraits at this time. Before your first visit, it is worth asking the provider directly about their protocol if a pet is injured, has an adverse reaction, or becomes unwell during a session, and whether any insurance coverage is in place for such circumstances. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Pawtraits isn't the right fit, these are other pet grooming providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
