About "Pegasus International Preschool"
Pegasus International Preschool is a preschool and kindergarten based at 72 Keng Lee Road, Singapore 219248, verified by KakiList and registered with ACRA. The centre holds a 4.6-star rating on Google across 9 reviews — a small sample, so treat this as directional rather than conclusive. Fees are indicated at the mid-range ($$) price point for the Singapore childcare market.
Families considering Pegasus International Preschool are encouraged to enquire early about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly for younger age groups — can fill several months in advance. When you make contact, ask about the daily routine, infant-to-caregiver ratios, and the settling-in approach for new children. If your child holds Singapore citizenship, it is worth asking whether the centre is ECDA-approved for subsidy purposes, as this can meaningfully reduce monthly fees. You can reach the preschool by phone or via the enquiry form listed on this page.
The most practical next step is to call or submit the enquiry form to confirm current vacancy for your child's intended start month, then arrange a centre visit to meet the teaching team before making any commitment.

My son was enrolled in Pegasus in August 2021. We really like this preschool! They're very creative - when the youngest kids learned about weather teachers helped them to put raincoats, carry umbrellas and sprinkled water on them in the bathroom. Loved that idea! They're doing many things to let kids not only see but also experience the world around them. On top of that everyone is very professional, there is always good communication between parents, teachers and the school admin team. My son likes going to school and we're happy with our choice.
Our Son Etienne spent the whole last year in Pegasus and we were really delighted about his time there. The teachers are really well trained and gentle. Even when situation could get complicated they always handled well. If it was not for sudden change in our life, we would have want Etienne to stay there until Primary. Excellenet pre-school i would recommend to everyone.
We enrolled our son in Pegasus 3 years ago, he is now in K2 with the school. We are super glad we made the decision to send him to this school after comparing to many other preschools (both local and international). Not only that my son is able to speak fluent English and Mandarin now, he also picks up Japanese, he can sing some Japanese songs and understand basic Japanese. I'm grateful the teachers (their English, Japanese and Chinese teachers) from Pegasus are really caring and putting their efforts taking care of the kids wholeheartedly. My son enjoys the lessons from the school (he loves sharing with us what he has learnt from school almost every day) and I like the fact the lessons are designed in a way that the kids are able to progress step by step. Very recently he develops keen interests on numeracies and chess which I know can be very helpful as we need to prepare him for primary school soon, and I know I need to give credits to the loving teachers from Pegasus for this! I have to say it is quite rare to find such a great preschool. I'm more than happy to recommend it to other parents :)
My two tots started at Pegasus in March 2023 and both are loving the inquiry-based approach with a fun-filled and interesting curriculum which helps them to expand their learnings and increase their knowledge.
My daughter has been going here as a Smart Toddler and she absolutely loves it. Caring and kind teachers and an amazing curriculum

Pegasus International Preschool is listed at a mid-range ($$) price point, though the exact monthly fee has not been published on this listing. You should contact the centre directly to obtain the current fee schedule for each age group or programme level. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about the one-time registration fee, the deposit (typically equivalent to two months' fees at many Singapore preschools), and any costs for uniforms, insurance, or enrichment materials. Childcare and kindergarten fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no GST should be added to quoted tuition amounts. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children attending an ECDA-approved centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of employment per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Relief supplement. Families with lower household incomes may access Additional Subsidy, which can bring total combined support up to around S$710 per month depending on means-testing criteria. Kindergarten-only programmes may fall under the Kindergarten Fee Assistance Scheme (KiFAS). Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy amounts and eligibility criteria are reviewed periodically, so always verify the current figures directly with ECDA at www.ecda.gov.sg before making financial plans. Confirm with Pegasus International Preschool whether the centre is ECDA-approved, as subsidy claims can only be processed at approved centres.
Popular preschools and kindergartens in Singapore often receive enquiries 3 to 12 months before the intended start date, with infant care places typically the most competitive. January is the primary intake month for most programmes, so families targeting the start of the school year should begin enquiring in the preceding mid-year at the latest. To secure a place, centres generally require payment of a registration fee and a deposit. These may be non-refundable if you subsequently withdraw, so confirm the terms clearly before committing. Contact Pegasus International Preschool directly by phone or via the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and intended start month, as wait times vary and the centre will have the most up-to-date information.
