My son was enrolled in Pegasus in August 2021. We really like this preschool! They're very creative - when the youngest kids learned about weather teachers helped them to put raincoats, carry umbrellas and sprinkled water on them in the bathroom. Loved that idea! They're doing many things to let kids not only see but also experience the world around them. On top of that everyone is very professional, there is always good communication between parents, teachers and the school admin team. My son likes going to school and we're happy with our choice.
Our Son Etienne spent the whole last year in Pegasus and we were really delighted about his time there. The teachers are really well trained and gentle. Even when situation could get complicated they always handled well. If it was not for sudden change in our life, we would have want Etienne to stay there until Primary. Excellenet pre-school i would recommend to everyone.
We enrolled our son in Pegasus 3 years ago, he is now in K2 with the school. We are super glad we made the decision to send him to this school after comparing to many other preschools (both local and international). Not only that my son is able to speak fluent English and Mandarin now, he also picks up Japanese, he can sing some Japanese songs and understand basic Japanese. I'm grateful the teachers (their English, Japanese and Chinese teachers) from Pegasus are really caring and putting their efforts taking care of the kids wholeheartedly. My son enjoys the lessons from the school (he loves sharing with us what he has learnt from school almost every day) and I like the fact the lessons are designed in a way that the kids are able to progress step by step. Very recently he develops keen interests on numeracies and chess which I know can be very helpful as we need to prepare him for primary school soon, and I know I need to give credits to the loving teachers from Pegasus for this! I have to say it is quite rare to find such a great preschool. I'm more than happy to recommend it to other parents :)
My two tots started at Pegasus in March 2023 and both are loving the inquiry-based approach with a fun-filled and interesting curriculum which helps them to expand their learnings and increase their knowledge.
My daughter has been going here as a Smart Toddler and she absolutely loves it. Caring and kind teachers and an amazing curriculum

Annual tuition at international preschools in Singapore typically falls in the S$25,000–45,000 range, though fees vary by age group and curriculum. Beyond tuition, families should account for a non-refundable enrolment fee (commonly S$3,500–7,500), a refundable deposit (often equivalent to one term's fees), a building or capital levy at some schools (S$10,000–25,000 in some cases), transport (S$3,500–8,000 per year), and meals (S$1,500–4,000 per year). Fee escalation of 8–12% annually has been observed across the Singapore international school market, so projecting costs over several years is worthwhile. Tuition fees are GST-exempt. Pegasus International Preschool has not published full curriculum details in the current listing. Families should ask directly whether the school follows the IB Primary Years Programme, an American, British, or Canadian framework, or a proprietary international curriculum — as this will determine how smoothly a child can transition into a primary school that continues that track. At the preschool level, the most important consideration is whether the pedagogy and language of instruction align with your family's longer-term schooling plan — local primary school, another international school, or eventual overseas relocation. Ask the school about student-teacher ratios and any published outcomes or progression data. If the school publishes primary school placement records, request them. Contact the school directly to confirm the curriculum, teaching approach, and the primary schools that its graduates most commonly progress into.
The typical enrolment process at an international preschool begins with an online or in-person enquiry, followed by a school visit and, for older children, a brief intake assessment to confirm developmental readiness and language fit. Popular year groups and intake ages can have waiting lists, so it is advisable to begin the process as early as possible — particularly for the younger age cohorts where places are limited. Before committing, clarify what is refundable if your family relocates mid-year: enrolment fees are generally non-refundable, whilst deposits are usually returned subject to notice period conditions. Ask whether a building fund applies and how it is treated on departure. Reach out to Pegasus International Preschool via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm current availability, the application steps, and payment schedules. Visit during school hours and meet the year-group lead before making a final decision.
