Families considering PeiPer Arts School should begin by enquiring about level and syllabus fit — whether the programme is suited to a child's current ability, age group, or specific artistic interest. It is worth asking whether classes run as group sessions or on a one-to-one basis, what the term commitment looks like, and whether a trial class is available before signing up for a full term. The centre is located in the New Bahru development at Kim Yam Road, so it is also sensible to confirm whether the timetable works for your commute or whether any online options exist.
To take the next step, reach out to PeiPer Arts School via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about current class availability, suitable levels for your child, and trial class arrangements before committing to a term.

My girl looks forward to her weekly art lessons with Pei Per. The lessons are always crafted with care and intention, and parents even receive detailed lesson plans in advance. The art pieces the children create are unique, thoughtful, and truly one of a kind. The teachers are patient, nurturing, and passionate about guiding the children through their creative process. Despite living quite far from the art school, we are more than willing to travel the extra mile because my girl genuinely loves her lessons!
Wonderful space that provides great experience for our crafts-loving girls. The studio provides a warm and welcoming environment, delivering comfort for our girls and the children to express themselves through art. Each session is thoughtfully planned, delightfully engaging, and absolutely fun-filled. Each session is always a look-forward to for E and H, and it is most rewarding for the girls to share their beautiful and creative works, contributing to our home most precious art pieces! Great destination for young artists!
My kids love going to Peiper Art Studio! Pei Li is a wonderful teacher – kind, patient, and very creative. They’ve learned so much in both art and craft, and they always come home excited to show what they made. The best part is that the class is taught entirely in Chinese, so they’re also picking up the language naturally while having fun. Highly recommend!
Had always been searching for a hybrid mandarin and art kind of enrichment for my child. And when I came across Pei-per arts school, I knew this was it! The art isn’t the kind of learning to blend, paint, draw, but actually making models that brings art visionary to life. I knew my 7-yo boy will enjoy these sessions and true enough, he has since been looking forward to the classes every week! Best of all, it’s infused with mandarin storytelling, conversations, artists from all over the world, and most importantly values. I do not wish to overload my child with classes and I’m glad he could kind of learn mandarin through his favourite activity - art. Teacher Pei identifies my child’s strengths and gives suggestions on developing them too! Even suggesting events such as the Muji’s exhibition which she thinks my child may like! My child told me his primary school teacher commented his Chinese is quite good and I guess it does pay off! Thank you so much Teacher Pei! Really appreciate your passion and efforts! :)
The teachers are very attentive and creative, and my daughter absolutely loves the art class. Every art project is so interesting and thoughtfully connected to real-life events and festivals, such as the Dragon Boat Festival and SG60. We can also see how much our daughter has learned about local culture, and her Mandarin has improved as well. Just want to say, we love Peiper Art School! Thank you so much for your dedication.

PeiPer Arts School has not published its pricing publicly, so you will need to contact them directly for current session rates, monthly package fees, or term-based pricing. In the Singapore enrichment market, art classes typically run on a per-session basis or bundled into monthly or termly packages, with rates varying by class size, session length, and the instructor's experience. It is worth asking about any one-off trial class fee, whether materials such as paper, paint, or clay are included or charged separately, and whether sibling discounts or package deals apply. Some providers also offer a reduced rate for booking a full term upfront. See the full Enrichment Classes cost guide for Singapore →
Many enrichment art schools in Singapore offer a trial class, sometimes at a reduced fee or the standard per-session rate, before asking families to commit to a term. It is worth contacting PeiPer Arts School directly to confirm whether this is available and what the trial class costs. During a trial, look at whether the pace and content match your child's current ability, whether the instructor engages well with the group, and whether the class size feels appropriate. A trial is also a useful opportunity to see whether the style of teaching — structured technique-focused versus open creative exploration — suits what you are looking for. If a formal trial is not offered, ask whether you can observe a live class session before enrolling.
PeiPer Arts School has not publicly listed its instructors' qualifications or backgrounds, so it is not possible to confirm credentials from available information. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about the lead instructor's formal arts training — for example, whether they hold a degree in fine arts, art education, or a related discipline — and how many years of teaching experience they have. For children following a school syllabus, it is also worth asking whether the curriculum aligns with MOE Art guidelines or is structured around independent artistic development. If your child is preparing for any formal examination or portfolio, confirm that the instructor has relevant experience with that specific pathway. Contact PeiPer Arts School directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to ask about instructor backgrounds before committing to a term.
