About Perfect Paws

About "Perfect Paws"

Perfect Paws is a pet grooming provider based at 123 Lor 1 Toa Payoh, #01-497, Singapore 310123, offering services islandwide. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed the operating details and contact channels. It holds a Google rating of 3.8 out of 5 across 60 reviews, which represents a moderate sample size and can be read as a reasonable directional indicator. Pricing is positioned at the mid-range tier ($$).

When reaching out to Perfect Paws, it helps to have your pet's details ready — breed, size, coat type, and temperament — as these directly affect the grooming approach and pricing. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as most grooming providers in Singapore require proof of core vaccinations before accepting a booking. It is worth asking whether a trial visit is available so your pet can acclimatise to the environment before a full grooming session. Clarify whether the service is drop-off at the Toa Payoh premises or whether mobile grooming is offered for your area, and discuss how frequently you would like to schedule recurring appointments.

To get started, contact Perfect Paws via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form with your pet's breed, size, and vaccination status, and ask about current slot availability and the full menu of grooming services offered.

Freaking horrible this pet groomer, I have informed them what kind of shape and style I wanted for my baby. In the end this is the result. Furs were of long and short and messy , just look at my boy’s head. I requested it to be round. Clearly the groomer is not skilful at all. I brought my baby here few years ago and stop visiting because of how bad their grooming skills was. I thought they had improved after a few years but no it is just as bad and I wonder why haven’t they closed down yet

Just wanted to leave a positive note: auntie has actually been very nice to me each time I come to collect my parcels. I can’t imagine how stressful it is to run a pet shop while sorting so many Shopee items. Jiayou auntie!

I am a first time customer of Perfect Paws and was heartened to observe the way Pearl, the lady boss handled my pet. Chula was very nervous and flinched a lot, but Pearl was patient and consoling towards her. It is evident that Pearl is an animal lover and not just out to make a quick buck—She even sent us on our way with some treats! The shop is located directly opposite the Toa Payoh Lorong 1 market, which is ideal for those looking to run errands or grab a meal whilst waiting for their pet to be done. I look forward to supporting this small business and would encourage others to do the same.

Absolutely worst place to groom ur pet and collection as the auntie sooooo rude. I just wanna collect my parcel then the auntie scream at my face saying the store was closed and even sweared at me.The timing was also changed without notice. If there is zero stars i would rate zero stars for this place. Absolutely terrible in service.NEVER CHOSE THIS COLLECTION POINT FOR FUTURE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN

Brought my two cats in for grooming and Pearl was patient and and calm in the grooming for them who have never experience it before. It was easy to set up appointment as well!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does "Perfect Paws" charge?

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A standard groom for a small dog generally starts from around S$50–S$80, while medium and large breeds attract higher rates. Coat type — particularly thick double coats or matted fur — can trigger surcharges, and add-ons such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail clipping, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately. If mobile grooming is available, a transport fee may apply depending on your location. It is advisable to confirm the full itemised quote with Perfect Paws before your pet's appointment to avoid surprises. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →

What vaccinations does "Perfect Paws" require?

Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard expectation. If your pet also attends boarding or daycare, the bordetella (kennel cough) vaccine is commonly required as an additional precaution. Vaccinations are typically expected to be within the past 12 months, and you will usually need to present a copy of the vaccination certificate at drop-off. Contact Perfect Paws directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first visit, as requirements can vary between providers.

Is "Perfect Paws" licensed and insured?

Perfect Paws is verified by KakiList, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details. However, no ACRA registration or specific regulatory licences are currently recorded for this listing. In Singapore, grooming facilities are not subject to mandatory AVS licensing in the same way that boarding kennels are, but it is still good practice to ask the provider about their insurance arrangements — specifically whether they carry coverage in the event a pet is injured or becomes unwell during a grooming session. Before your pet's first appointment, visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm whether any insurance is in place. If boarding services are offered, ask whether the premises hold the relevant AVS approval.
