Takes great care of all our dogs and cats at home.. Always accommodating to our requests.. Vet nurses are always wonderful and helpful when needs arise.. Our old dog lived till 21 years and 7 months under Dr. Robin's care... Doesn't do unnecessary tests and only prescribe and do the necessary.. Hope he carries on doing the great job of looking and curing animals and don't retire!!! 😃 You don't get to meet another vet who whole heartedly go all out to help the pet and not those who just wanna meet KPI...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the vet ⭐️ for the receptionist’s dedication to leaving on time The vet here is excellent — truly. Compassionate, skilled, and clearly in the right profession. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the receptionist, whose greatest emergency appears to be the clock approaching closing time. There is a large notice pasted on the main door that says “Emergency Call” with a phone number, which is adorable, because apparently “emergency” only applies during office hours and when it’s convenient. When my 3-month-old kitten urgently needed medical attention, I called one hour before closing while I was overseas. Without checking, asking, or showing the slightest hint of concern, the female receptionist immediately declared: “We are full, go somewhere else.” No questions. No empathy. No attempt to see if a literal baby animal might need urgent care. Just an impressive display of efficiency in shutting things down early — emotionally and professionally. My dog has been a patient here for 12 years, and I wasn’t asking for special treatment — just basic human decency and the illusion that animal health matters more than a punctual exit. Even a scripted “I’m sorry, let me check with the vet” would have done wonders. Amazing vet. Truly disappointing gatekeeper. If this clinic values its reputation as much as its medical care, it might be time to reconsider who answers the phone — because compassion shouldn’t end at the front desk.
My cat Miu Miu had diarrhea for about 3 to 4 days and consulted Dr Robin Au. After few questions and examining my cat, he alerted the root cause was due to my cat not able to urinate, thus causing the bladder to bloat. Dr Robin Au then suggested a light sedation to drain my cat urine. There after followed by antibiotics and probiotics. The clinic also followed up with phone call to check my cat recovery status. Dr Robin Au is very professional and experience to do such a quick diagnosis. Excellent vet care and a passionate Dr. Charges are reasonable too. If you are looking for a good vet, look no further. Highly recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍
My dog was neutered with Dr Robin, super quick recovery and no visible scar. Had his baby teeth removed at the same time and the price was reasonable, forgot to ask them to keep the extracted teeth for me but when I called back the nurse was kind enough to look through the bin and retrieved them for me. Overall a great experience!
Brought my pup to the vet as he had a recurring condition, started vomiting and having diarrhea again. He was previously seen by another vet, but apparently, he never fully recovered. So here we are at Pet Clinic. The doctor here was incredibly warm and welcoming. As a first-time pet owner, I really appreciated how he took the time to explain everything clearly and offer plenty of advice. You can tell he genuinely cares. Feeling thankful that I found a vet who not only treats Kylo but also helps me learn how to care for him better. Heres a photo of him looking so happy and healthy again! Thank you Doctor!
