About Pet Inc
Pet Inc is a pet grooming provider based at Pearl's Hill Terrace in Singapore, offering services islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. Pet Inc holds a Google rating of 3.9 out of 5 across 74 reviews, which represents a moderate sample and is a reasonable directional signal of service quality. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-session rates were not available at the time of listing.
When getting in touch with Pet Inc, it helps to have a few details ready: your pet's size, breed, and coat type, as these typically affect the grooming fee. Temperament is worth mentioning too — groomers appreciate knowing if a pet is anxious or reactive around handling. Bring along up-to-date vaccination records, as most grooming providers require proof of core vaccinations before accepting a booking. You may wish to arrange a brief trial visit to let your pet acclimatise to the environment and staff before committing to a recurring schedule. Clarify upfront whether drop-off and collection is required or whether any mobile option is available for your area.
To take the next step, reach out to Pet Inc via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss your pet's needs, confirm current pricing and availability, and arrange your first grooming appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
This is the 2nd time that the shop owner has sent me the wrong type (Digestive Health) instead of the one that they advertise on their site (Grain Free) and which I had ordered. Previously, the Digestive Health one caused my dog to get bad diarhoea. I had to go to the shop then to exchange but because 1 packet was already opened, I had to forego that pkt, and exchanged the unopened one. Now, for the 2nd time, the same WRONG delivery was made. Unfortunately, I only noticed it too late when I was about to leave for a vacation the next day. PET INC - Please ensure you exchange both packets when I get back. You've been getting rather bad reviews about dishonesty. I hope to believe that this is not true, but since this is the 2nd wrong delivery, I'm beginning to have my doubts.
Ordered 2 weeks ago on shopee, but the only update I got was "item has been shipped" by seller's supposed own delivery fleet. Messages have all been left on read, refund request ignored. Raising another request for refund at the moment, and will make a police report if I'm ignored again. Avoid this place at all costs if you dont want to waste your time and money.
It’s my 2nd time here and what I can say is the staff are so polite. Once you enter, they will help you with what you are looking for & also give you recommendations. Charmaine was very helpful & friendly. The things there are definitely more cheaper than those big name pet store. Hoping they could have some membership loyalty system, if they do, it will be great! 🫶🏼
I purchased both Instinct Duck and Chicken (1.8kg each) for $69.99 and $65.99 respectively, expecting quality products. However, this seller is incredibly dishonest and unethical! When the items arrived, they were poorly packaged in a plastic bag with holes, and I discovered both products expire shockingly soon—January 2025 and February 2025! This crucial detail was not disclosed. It’s impossible for my cats to finish both bags before they expire. I feel completely deceived. To make matters worse, I contacted the seller first thing in the morning. Despite being online multiple times (15 mins ago, 30 mins ago, 1 hour ago), the seller blatantly ignored my messages and never responded. Avoid this unethical seller at all costs. Save yourself the frustration!
The young lady are knowledgeable on the various type of cat food brand and selling at competitive price. She has 2 beautiful white cats. The other senior lady needs to speak to her in dialect.

Grooming fees in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A basic groom for a small dog generally starts from around S$50–70, while medium and large breeds or those with long or double coats can run S$90–180 or more. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately. For mobile or islandwide services, a transport surcharge may apply depending on your location. It is worth confirming the full price breakdown — including any add-ons — before confirming your booking. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and to have a current rabies vaccination. For cats, FVRCP vaccination is the standard requirement. Some providers also request bordetella (kennel cough) protection, particularly if the facility handles multiple pets simultaneously. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will typically need to bring a copy of your pet's vaccination record or have it available on your phone at the point of drop-off. Contact Pet Inc directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit.
In Singapore, grooming facilities that also offer boarding are required to hold an Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licence. For grooming-only operations, licensing requirements differ, and it is advisable to ask the provider directly about their compliance status. No specific licences are recorded on this listing at present, so it is worth confirming with Pet Inc before your appointment. On the matter of insurance, ask whether the provider carries cover for incidents involving your pet during the grooming session — this includes accidental injury or an adverse reaction. A responsible grooming business should have a clear protocol for contacting the owner and seeking veterinary attention if anything goes wrong. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
If Pet Inc isn't the right fit, these are other pet grooming providers on KakiList worth shortlisting. All are independently listed — no affiliate fees, no "featured" sponsorships.
