I would like to specially extend my sincere thanks to the staff of Catsmart, Francis, Jan and another guy whom I did not get a chance to ask his name. Despite being very busy with the Christmas holiday buys from customers, they have shown patience and excellent customer service especially Francis. I have been a loyal shopper of Catsmart since their very first outlet in Jalan Leban. I have met Francis in Loyang Point, Bedok and now at East Coast. His genuine and sincere care to his customers and their fur babies made him an outstanding not just as a staff but friends to the customers. We were attended by Lanz last weekend when we purchased this pram for my cat from Parkgreen branch. Lanz was very helpful in showing us how the pram works, detaching the basket carrier, the brake, and folding the pram. He also help us "dust" the pram before we brought it home. Really good effort and service on his part and Minto now gets to go out in comfort ! Also, as a regular customer to catsmart, we are also happy with the rest of the staff too ! Good job Lanz !
