My review is long overdue. My utmost respect and appreciation goes to Kylie, Leon, and Patricia — such an amazing team 🤩 I’ve been grooming with them ever since I got my cat, Della. From the very beginning, they addressed her by name, which truly touched me. Their professionalism, respect, and genuine friendliness won me over immediately. They are knowledgeable, honest, and truly passionate about what they do. I consider them family. Even though my sister-in-law runs a pet business, I still chose them without hesitation. They take the time to chat, share valuable advice, and even taught me how to properly care for my cat’s eyes. Kylie is an absolute sweetheart ❤️💜 She was the very first person to groom Della. Patricia the lovely lady and Leon such a gentleman..😍 Today all three of them asked about my daughter (usually she follow me as well ) when she wasn’t around as she was at work, and that really touched me. I bring my cat Crispy here for grooming and the service is always excellent. Kylie is an outstanding groomer who not only does a thorough and professional job, but also clearly remembers and cares about each pet she works with. Crispy always comes back truly clean, well-groomed, and comfortable — the difference in quality compared to other pet grooming salons in the Woodlands area is night and day. Leon is also very knowledgeable about cats, and it’s super obvious in the way he talks about them. Both Kylie and Leon give me total confidence that my cat is in good hands. I brought my cat (Mochi) here for grooming and paid the due amount stated on their price list, expecting professional, compassionate care. Instead, I was horrified by what happened. When I picked her up, her nails were bleeding, something that should NEVER occur from a simple nail trim, and she had an abrasion above her left eye as well. Shortly after returning home, she became extremely distressed, developed a fever, and was breathing heavily. We had to rush her to the vet, who confirmed she was severely stressed but thankfully not physically harmed beyond that. Still, no pet should ever leave a grooming session in this condition. This experience left me questioning the handling and practices used during her grooming. I’m deeply disappointed and concerned about what might have happened behind closed doors. For the price they charge, I expected competent, humane treatment, not trauma and injury.
