Bought a lovable, healthy bunny from them, along with all the supplies I needed. Sure, some of the items are cheaper online, but while you're there, you might as well get all you need at once. The staff were knowledgeable and there was one guy that seemed very enthusiastic to give me tips and advice on rabbit care. I could see his passion for animals, and he told me he'd been working there for 6 years. His advice was very helpful, and I really appreciated it. It's a great place. I definitely recommend it.
Service is dependent on the mood of the sales guy. I’ve bought a bunny from here plus hay and other stuff. When I learnt more later, I realised what is called paying school fees.
As a person who frequent pet stores, Pets's Kiosk Pet Salon is a hidden gem in the neighborhood as the prices are relatively lower than most stores. Their animal treats can range from $2-5 cheaper than other stores, which is a crazy saving for long term especially when owning a pet. Upon walking in the store for the first time, it was refreshing to see a wide range of products arranged, and small animals kept in clean environment with no foul smell. The animals can be seen well taken care of and healthy which is important especially for potential pet owners. Excellent service was given by Ah Ben who was not pushy with sales. We had a great conversation with him where he imparted his knowledge of taking care of animals to us. Definitely a pleasant experience shopping here and will support this store in the future!
Finally found a ceramic bowl for replacing Jojo's worn out plastic bowl at Pets's Kiosk. Even though she has been making attempts to overturn her new bowl, at least she's eating her wet foods from it! Service from the shop assistant has been really good! Very helpful in showing us all the available designs. Highly recommended to buy from them again!
One stop location to get all your pets' need. I bought most of my hamsters' supply here as they holds the widest stock. Many times in the past, when other pet shops are out of stock, here they still managed to hold some stocks. Staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have some small animals for sale too. So a great place to check out before getting a pet for yourself.

Pet's Kiosk Pet Salon is priced in the mid-range tier ($$), though exact figures are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the salon. Grooming fees in Singapore typically vary based on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition — a small short-haired dog will generally cost less than a large or double-coated breed. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail trimming, and ear cleaning are commonly priced separately from a basic bath-and-trim package. It is worth asking for an itemised breakdown when you enquire. See the full Pet Grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional grooming salons in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza (DHPP), along with rabies. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is standard. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination may also be requested, particularly if the salon handles multiple dogs in close proximity. Vaccination records are typically required to be current within the past 12 months. It is advisable to bring your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate on the day of the appointment. Contact Pet's Kiosk Pet Salon in advance to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first visit.
Pet's Kiosk Pet Salon has been verified by KakiList, confirming that its operating details and contact channels have been checked by a real person. However, no regulatory licences are currently listed in the salon's profile. In Singapore, grooming facilities are not subject to the same mandatory AVS licensing requirement as boarding establishments, though responsible operators typically maintain clear protocols for handling pets safely. Before your first appointment, it is reasonable to ask the salon directly about their procedures in the event that a pet is injured or becomes unwell during a session, and whether any insurance coverage applies. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
