Pet's Lagoon is a pet grooming service operating from Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1, with coverage across Singapore. The listing has been verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact information have been confirmed by a real person. Pricing is indicated at a moderate tier ($$), though specific grooming rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
When reaching out to Pet's Lagoon, be prepared to share your pet's size, breed, and coat type, as these factors typically influence the grooming package and duration. It is also worth mentioning your pet's temperament, particularly if your animal is anxious around unfamiliar environments or handling. Bring along your pet's vaccination records, as most professional grooming facilities in Singapore require up-to-date vaccinations before accepting a booking. You may wish to enquire about a trial visit to allow your pet to acclimatise before committing to a recurring grooming schedule, and to confirm whether drop-off and collection arrangements suit your routine.
To take the next step, contact Pet's Lagoon directly via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page to discuss your pet's specific needs, confirm current pricing, and arrange a suitable appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
We have been bringing both of our fur-babies to Pets Lagoon for grooming. The grooming was fantastic and they even came home wearing adorable bandanas! We also love the photo-booth photos. One visit stood out especially: the team noticed a health condition with one of our dogs that we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves. Thanks to their care, we were able to get it checked early — we’re all so grateful for their attentiveness and concern. We will definitely continue to bring them here! 🐶💖
This is the third time our appointment has been mixed up and recorded under the wrong date via WhatsApp . As pet parents, we made the effort to take leave from work specifically to bring our fur kids for their grooming appointment. However, upon arriving at the outlet, the staff informed us that they could not find our appointment in the system. Fortunately, we were able to provide WhatsApp proof showing that the appointment had been confirmed. Despite this, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the staff advised us to call in to make bookings next time, without taking responsibility for the error made by their team. This was disappointing, especially when the appointment had already been properly secured and confirmed. We question whether all this inconvenience was really necessary. In addition, we were given a specific pick-up time for our pets. When we returned as advised, the grooming was not completed, and we were made to wait an additional 30 minutes without prior notice. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of coordination, accountability, and consideration for customers’ time. As paying customers and responsible pet parents, we expect a basic level of professionalism and reliability, especially when appointments are confirmed in advance. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and review the booking and customer service procedures to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
Visited the shop for a grooming session and was attended to by Zhenna. She was extremely attentive and professional throughout the grooming session. She displayed a lot of care and attention to our precious pet, and did an excellent job in grooming her. I will definitely visit her again and recommend her to my friends who are looking for a professional groomer. Great job and excellent service! Thank you so much for your hard work.
I can’t say enough about the great care Pet Lagoon has given my 11-year-old toy poodle, Snoopy, since their days at Limbang. The groomers are not only professional but genuinely well-liked by Snoopy — which says a lot! They’ve always been attentive, even back then when he had skin issues, and I truly appreciate the consistent care. These grooming sessions feel more like social gatherings for Snoopy. The extra touches — like the featured photos and “artwork” by Snoopy during festive— are such a thoughtful and delightful bonus.
First came to pet’s lagoon as a temporary grooming place while we find one near our house, but over time our dog took a liking to Qian Hui and we have been coming back ever since. Good service and they will take time to teach you how to properly groom your dog daily. The staff there also lets you know nicely what you missed out on so you can be more aware and careful when grooming your dog daily.

Pet's Lagoon has not published a specific price list, so grooming fees should be confirmed directly with the provider. As a general guide, grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by the pet's size, breed, and coat condition. A standard bath-and-trim for a small dog commonly starts from around S$50–S$80, while larger breeds or those with dense or long coats may attract higher rates. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail clipping, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately. Ask for a full breakdown of inclusions before your appointment to avoid surprises. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
Most professional grooming facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, parvovirus, and hepatitis (DHPP), as well as rabies. Cats are typically required to have an up-to-date FVRCP vaccination covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is not always mandatory for grooming-only visits but is commonly required if boarding or daycare is also involved. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will usually need to bring proof — a vaccination card or vet record — at the time of drop-off. Confirm Pet's Lagoon's specific vaccination requirements when booking, as policies can vary between providers.
In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not required to hold an Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licence, which is primarily mandated for boarding establishments. No specific regulatory licences are currently listed for Pet's Lagoon on this directory. The listing is KakiList verified, meaning contact and operating details have been reviewed by a real person, but ACRA registration has not been confirmed. Before your first visit, it is worth asking the provider directly whether they carry any form of pet care insurance that covers injury or illness occurring on their premises. Understanding their protocol for handling a pet that becomes unwell or distressed during grooming is equally important. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
