**Follow up due to PSCVS management sending threats** I am writing this review to document our experience regarding the passing of our pet, Ashe, and the subsequent conduct of the management and veterinary team at this clinic. Following our pet's passing, we were invited back to the clinic for what was described as a "candid explanation." During this meeting, rather than providing a professional medical review, the attending veterinarian made multiple derogatory and mocking remarks directed at us as owners. At no point was it stated that this meeting was "off the record" or "without prejudice." The management’s response characterizes this as a "mistranslation" or "communication issue." This is factually incorrect. We possess an audio recording of the session which objectively captures these specific personal remarks. Such behavior appears to violate the Code of Ethics for Veterinarians in Singapore, which mandates that veterinary professionals uphold the dignity of the profession and conduct themselves with integrity. Mocking grieving clients is a clear breach of these professional standards. Additionally, in their public reply, the clinic management has accused us of a "Breach of Confidence" for sharing evidence of this meeting. This is a misleading application of Singapore law. In a veterinarian-client relationship, the duty of confidentiality is a professional obligation owed by the veterinarian to the client, not the reverse. As the consumer and legal owner of the patient, the information regarding my pet’s case and my experience belongs to me. A client documenting their own consumer experience and exposing unprofessional misconduct does not constitute a breach of confidence. The clinic speaks of "transparency" regarding pricing, yet has failed to provide medical transparency. As the legal owner of Ashe, I am entitled to the full clinical history, diagnostic reports, and case notes to understand the treatment provided. To date, these have not been fully disclosed. The management implies that the absence of a notice from the Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) suggests the matter is closed. This inference is premature. A formal complaint regarding Professional Misconduct is being lodged with the AVS, supported by the audio evidence of the veterinarian’s conduct. We are following the proper regulatory due process. We urge the management to cease using intimidation tactics regarding "Breach of Confidence" and instead focus on accountability and the release of our pet's medical records.

Chose Pet Space for my toy poodle's distemper vax and was not disappointed. Dr Jade was concerned and reassuring, and also recommended future wellbeing treatments such as dental scaling and heartworm prevention. Thereafter, the staff provided a printed quotation upon request for my consideration. The fees are transparent and affordable. I was also allowed to accompany my pet for the jab instead of being told to wait outside during the procedure. They stuck to the appointment time with minimal waiting. Greatly appreciated. Overall, a positive visit. Premises were airy and clean too. My furkid even enjoyed a little snack after her jab.

**CONTINUATION OF ASHE** Additionally, when we asked if he’s going to take responsibility for Ashe’s passing since we did the X-ray and blood test, he said ‘Asking u to sign the indemnity form is not to push responsibility away from us’ which did not answer our question at all, he then changed the topic afterwards. Besides that, when feeling the bad attitude of Dr Benjamin, we took a voice recording for security reasons. As I put my phone on my lap, Dr Benjamin fiercely asked if ‘I was recording’, and ‘it’s useless as we have CCTV installed. When Dr Benjamin tried to explain this to our parent who can’t understand the more professional terms in English well, he typed out his answers in a translation website. However, when we tried to take a photo of it to see clearly, he was intentionally trying to prevent us from taking a photo. Lastly, when we requested for a full consultation report at 20:15, Dr Benjamin refused to do so, and until 22:16, after him agreeing to email us a ‘summarized clinical report’, we have not received any emails at all although he claimed to have sent it. We are frustrated, not because we spent $695 in total to see Ashe pass, but the ignorance Dr Benjamin has showed us. We view Ashe as our family member. However, money minded clinics like Pet Space just offered X-ray tests and blood draws with no follow up care, no additional tests was taken despite having a ‘false reading’. Animal lovers, pet owners, PLEASE avoid this clinic at ALL COSTS as Pet Space does not value Pets’ life more than money. I highly recommend everyone to have your pets checked elsewhere.

This is the vet clinic we use in Singapore for our dog’s regular check ups and vaccinations, but they also did a day operation for Dhoby once when we found a growth on her skin - they performed a biopsy to establish if it was benign or not, and luckily it was. The staff is always very gentle with her and friendly.

Pet Space was recommended to me by one of my closest friends who brought their furbabies & even terrapin!! to seek support from Dr Yeumee for many years. From the beginning, I felt impressed by Pet Space. You could make an appointment through WhatsApp and the response was generally quick. Not just that, but when you come into the clinic, you will see that there is intention to seperate the waiting area for cats and dogs. This is extremely helpful for cats like mine who get scared easily of the environment. We met Dr Yeumee for a second opinion for my cat, Toki, who has a chronic heart disease - hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) after he started vomitting yellow liquid and was hospitalised at another hospital. Toki was somewhat traumatised during his previous hospitalisation and we felt really lost and defeated as the vet did not share with us any hypothesis of what could be happening with Toki. Dr Yeumee was clear snd upfront with us regarding the test results and her recommendations for follow up. She took the time to explain to us in detail what every component of each test meant. This was extremely helpful for me as I had been tracking Toki’s health very closely since he fell sick in Jan 2023. Dr Yeumee was also very clear about the treatment plan and would explain the intention behind it. This definitely gave me clarity. She was also kind and reassuring - I recall her telling me to be brave and to trust my gut when it came to monitoring Toki’s heart condition and that I could always update her and the team, and that she would get back to me when she was available. Dr Yeumee was also upfront about her own capabilities and expertise - she was not a heart specialist however would make effort to understand Toki’s situation. She even requested for someone who specialised in taking heart scans to ensure that Toki’s was done well. We had also placed Toki on a somewhat controversial medical regime that was recommended by a US vet that we met online through a support group for cats with HCM during the onset of his disease. He was consuming nattokinase & rutin supplements on top of his other medication. Previously when we had shared this with our previous vet, they were not supportive and shut it down. We truly believe Toki has survived this long due to the support of the supplements. Dr Yeumee was also supportive of a holistic treatment for Toki (not just medically but in other ways too). I was also impressed that she had heard about the supplements and has some knowledge of it. I am extremely grateful to her and the team for making this scary journey less daunting. Things with Toki is not stable but we are reassured that we will get the advice and recommendations that we need to make the best decision for him. Furthermore, there is constant contact (almost on daily basis) with Pet Space as Toki is currently in a high risk situation. We appreciate the ease of communication as well. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Kavi and Ally for always showing kindness to Toki and us as well. All the prices as well as the purpose for the different tests was also explicitly made clear to us before we made any decisions. I highly recommend Pet Space to other furparents 💯💯💯💯
