When arranging pet transport or relocation, it is worth sharing your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these factors affect the type of vehicle or crate required. Vaccination records will typically be needed, particularly for any cross-border or airline-linked relocation. If you are moving your pet internationally, ask specifically about documentation requirements, including health certificates, import permits, and any quarantine arrangements at the destination country. For local transport, confirm whether the service is drop-off at a fixed location or door-to-door, and whether a recurring schedule can be arranged if you need regular trips to a vet or groomer.
To get started, reach out to Peter Pet Services via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing. Have your pet's details, vaccination history, and intended travel dates ready so the team can advise on the most suitable arrangement.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
We relocated to France with our 3 cats in Feb’22. I can’t thank enough for the tremendous and amazing service from Peter. Transporting animals are no cheap. I was completely novice when I first started exploring options to relocate my cats and most quotation came up around 15K-18K. Peter was the first one to advise a cheaper and safer alternative way. I am so glad I trusted Peter’s work. Do not hesitate to engage Peter, he’s the BEST of the BEST!!
Peter helped relocate my cat to Northern Ireland, UK in 2016 and it was the smoothest process possible. He communicated very openly and clearly about the process and sourced the crate for the relocation. He dealt very efficiently with the delays due to flight schedule changes and completed all the paperwork, he even warned me that if we include any blankets in the crate they would likely be removed and thrown out due to the customs inspection. It wasn't a happy trip for Zorra, but that's understandable given a long haul flight alone and strange people poking at you at customs. The pricing at the time was very reasonable and the service was outstanding.
Decided to engage him after my husband's friend used Peter's services to relocate his dog from Singapore to Spain, and it went fine for him. After initial correspondence to establish my needs, his email replies became infrequent and I needed to chase him via Whatsapp for updates. And about 3 weeks prior to pet's travel, he suddenly told me that he could not do the job anymore. He said "there was something wrong with his brain" and he could not think properly. While I appreciate him letting me know of this change, it left me scrambling for alternative solutions. It has been super stressful - while he left me with some basic instructions, I found them unclear and at times contradictory to guidance on the AVS website, which further added to my distress.
I didn’t even had to hire his service to rate him. Just the customer service attitude was bad enough for me to make a first negative google review. Took a look through the reviews and saw that even with so little reviews, there was another review on his terrible customer service attitude. Was asked “ I don’t understand what you saying. Why u talk like that “ when I’m trying to explain what I require of his assistance. ( I didn’t even get 10 sec to explain). So impatient. Called another pet relocation service- KEV POSH PET SERVICES, right after that and the service provided was so much better and I got the quote I need. Terrible terrible service. If I can give a negative rating, I would. Use this guy’s service at your own risk.
Our neighbour recommended Peter to us. We need to move back to Australia with 2 dogs in quite short notice. Peter is absolutely AMAZING. He guided us through every step of the way, explained everything in details. He went out his way to pick up medication for one of our dogs. We are so glad we engaged Peters Pet service. Definitely highly recommend Peter to anyone needs pet moving service. Can’t thank Peter enough.

Peter Pet Services is priced at a moderate level for pet transport and relocation in Singapore. Exact pricing is not publicly listed, so you will need to enquire directly for a quote based on your pet's size and breed, the distance or route involved, and any add-ons such as crating, documentation assistance, or airport handling. For international relocations, additional costs to budget for include veterinary health certificates, import or export permits, airline cargo or cabin fees, and quarantine charges at the destination. These third-party costs are separate from the transport provider's fee and can vary significantly by country. See the full Pet Relocation and Transport cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically required are DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with records generally expected to be current within the past 12 months. For cats, FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) and rabies are the standard requirement. Bordetella is often requested for dogs being transported alongside other animals or staying in boarding facilities. For international relocations, destination-country requirements may be more stringent — some countries mandate specific vaccination windows, microchipping, or blood titre tests carried out at approved laboratories weeks or months in advance. Confirm the exact documentation checklist with Peter Pet Services early in your planning to avoid delays.
Peter Pet Services is ACRA-registered and has been verified by KakiList, confirming that operating details and contact channels are accurate. It does not currently list an AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licence on its KakiList profile, which is relevant for boarding and certain pet handling facilities. If AVS licensing or insurance coverage is important to your decision — particularly for international relocations or if your pet has health considerations — it is advisable to ask the provider directly before booking. Confirm the vaccination policy, the protocol if your pet becomes unwell or is injured during transit, and whether the service carries third-party liability insurance. Visit the facility or meet the handler if possible, and check insurance terms before drop-off.
