Vaccination records are usually requested before a first appointment, so having those on hand will speed things along. I brought my cat Bellina for grooming today and had a really good experience at PetPat. The team was professional, gentle, and very patient with her. They handled her with care and made sure she was comfortable throughout the session. Bellina came back clean, fluffy, and looking beautiful. I really appreciate the attention and care they gave her. Highly recommend!
Been sending my two cats to PetPat for years and have never been disappointed. Leo and Lola are shy cats, but they always look rejuvenated and calmer after being in the expert hands of the grooming team (shoutout to Allyson). It's clear they know how to handle cats well and are able to manage their cattitude. Leo is a senior cat, but their skilful grooming made him look youthful again! And their fur looks and feels so soft and clean. They even helped apply Leo and Lola's ear and skin medication, always above and beyond. So friendly during pick-up too! Thank you, Allyson and the PetPat team!
This is my first visit to PetPat with my cats. The groomers are very attentive and gave me feedback about my cats. I am glad to have a chat with them on how to care for my cats better too. Highly recommend PetPat Grooming services! P/S: Thanks for the lovely CNY photos of my cats.
Overall an enjoyable experience given that it was my cat’s first grooming session. She was tolerant towards the groomers and managed to finish through the entire session well! The groomers were really patient and friendly. Will definitely come back again!
I’ve sent my 3 cats over for grooming a few times and overall always satisfied with their service. Highly recommend. I would like to thank groomer Allyson for giving my cat a good neat trim and also groomer Alvin for bathing my cat so she could come home smelling soooo goood 🥰

Grooming fees at PetPat SG will vary depending on your pet's size, breed, and coat condition. Smaller dogs and short-haired breeds generally attract lower base rates, while larger dogs or those with thick, matted, or double coats typically incur higher charges. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail filing, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately on top of the base groom. It is advisable to confirm the full itemised cost — including any add-ons you require — before the session begins, so there are no surprises at checkout. Most professional grooming providers in Singapore require dogs to be current on core vaccinations, typically DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard expectation. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is often required at facilities that also offer boarding or daycare, as close contact between animals increases transmission risk. Vaccinations are generally expected to have been administered within the preceding 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination record or have a digital copy ready to present at drop-off. If your pet's jabs are overdue, arrange a vet visit before booking the grooming appointment.
PetPat SG is KakiList verified and ACRA registered, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. The Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board oversees licensing requirements for pet-related businesses, particularly those offering boarding. As a grooming provider, it is worth confirming directly with PetPat SG whether they hold any AVS-related licences relevant to their operations. On the matter of insurance, ask the provider what protocols are in place should your pet sustain an injury or fall ill during the grooming session. A responsible groomer should be able to explain their handling procedures and what recourse is available. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
