When enquiring about grooming, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type to hand, as these factors typically affect session length and pricing. Temperament also matters — let the groomer know in advance if your pet is anxious around other animals or unfamiliar with handling. Check whether your dog or cat is up to date on vaccinations, as most reputable groomers in Singapore require proof of current vaccination records at drop-off. Ask whether the service operates from a fixed salon, offers mobile grooming visits, or both, and whether you can arrange a trial visit before committing to a recurring schedule.
To get started, reach out to Petpawroni via phone or the contact form to confirm availability for your pet's breed and size, and to ask about vaccination requirements before your first appointment.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.

I caught this woman hitting the dog on the background whilst grooming and the dog was whimpering. Caution:⚠️ I would not bring any pet here. Sharing in particular for the owner of this dog who might see this - I would want to know.
We usually go to their Sentosa outlet. Quite happy to realize their second place is fully sheltered to carpark so your dog will be clean all the way to the car. Will KIV for non beach day grooming!
We used to go to them when we lived in Sentosa. So glad we recently discovered they are in Tiong Bahru. One happy dog.
Bad Review All Round. Told me my cat might not be able to do grooming there if too aggresive. I mean its a pet grooming so what do you expect? Didnt even tell me that items need to purchase. Just put it on counter and counted everything. Did basic grooming but dosent feel like they did anything other than nail clipping.

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A standard full groom for a small dog might begin around S$50–80, while larger or double-coated breeds can run considerably higher. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately on top of the base groom. If Petpawroni offers mobile grooming, a transport or travel surcharge may apply depending on your location. Confirm the full itemised price before your appointment to avoid surprises. Most grooming salons in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against distemper, parvovirus, and hepatitis (DHPP), as well as rabies. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required, particularly at facilities where multiple pets are present at once. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine covering feline rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia is standard. Vaccination records are typically required to be current within the past 12 months. Bring your pet's vaccination certificate to the first appointment, or send a copy in advance if the groomer requests it. Contact Petpawroni directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before booking.
In Singapore, grooming facilities and pet boarding operations are regulated by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. Boarding specifically requires an AVS licence to operate legally. Grooming-only salons operate under separate guidelines — confirm directly whether Petpawroni holds the relevant AVS approvals for the services offered. Insurance is a separate matter worth asking about. Find out what protocol the groomer follows if a pet is injured, becomes unwell, or has an adverse reaction during a session. A reputable provider should be able to explain their incident procedure clearly. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
