About "Petronize Grooming Salon"
Petronize Grooming Salon is a pet grooming provider located at Blk 18 Upper Boon Keng Road, Singapore 380018, with islandwide coverage. The salon is KakiList verified and ACRA registered, and holds a Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 across 157 reviews — a robust sample that lends reasonable confidence to that score. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier ($$), though specific per-session rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the salon.
When reaching out, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, and coat type ready, as these factors typically influence grooming duration and pricing. Vaccination records — particularly for dogs and cats — are commonly required before a first appointment, so gathering these in advance will smooth the booking process. If your pet is anxious or has had difficult grooming experiences previously, mentioning this upfront allows the team to plan accordingly. You can contact Petronize Grooming Salon via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to discuss your pet's needs, ask about available slots, and confirm the services and add-ons that suit your recurring schedule.
To get started, send a WhatsApp message with your pet's details — breed, approximate weight, and any temperament notes — and ask for a quote along with the earliest available appointment. Confirming a recurring slot at the same time is a practical way to keep your pet's grooming on a consistent schedule.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Really need to thanks Karen for introducing Luna to their mud spa.. after just 1 session, I already see the improvement in her, less scratches. I am going to continue mud spa for Luna and will keep it as part of a alternate month routine after the first 3 consecutive weeks. Not expensive so definitely worth trying if your fur kid is suffering from skin issue.
I’m a first-time pet owner, and Karen has been extremely helpful and friendly every visit. She always gives me clear, useful advice and really takes the time to guide me through everything I need to know. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my puppy — I always feel confident leaving her in your hands. Highly recommended! 🐶💛
I booked a last-minute appointment at this grooming shop yesterday, and they graciously accommodated me. The receptionist was warm and welcoming. What impressed me most was the instant updates on my cat's condition. Highly recommend for their flexibility, friendly service, and transparency!
Sent my friend dog cherry for grooming in preparation for her pup birth delivery. Karen did a great job, she is gentle and cautious in handling cherry. She also offers advice on the birth delivery.
Sent my 4 month pup for basic grooming and was worried that she will stressed out by the whole session. Turns out the groomers are able to calm her down and make sure she enjoy the grooming. Really glad this place is her first salon she visited so that she won’t get ptsd next time. Really recommended!

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat condition. A standard bath-and-trim for a small dog generally starts from around S$50–80, while larger or double-coated breeds can run S$100–180 or more. Cats tend to be priced similarly depending on coat length. Common add-ons that may incur separate charges include de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and paw balm. If the salon offers any mobile or islandwide travel component, a transport surcharge may also apply. Petronize Grooming Salon has not published a public rate card, so it is worth contacting them directly via WhatsApp or phone to get an accurate quote for your specific pet. Most grooming salons in Singapore require dogs to be current on their DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) vaccination, and proof of rabies vaccination is also standard. For cats, the FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) vaccine is typically expected. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is more commonly required for boarding or daycare environments but some grooming salons request it as well, particularly if pets interact with others on the premises. Vaccinations are generally required to have been administered within the past 12 months. You will usually be asked to present your pet's vaccination booklet or a vet-issued certificate at drop-off. Contact Petronize Grooming Salon directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements before your first visit, as policies can vary between providers.
In Singapore, grooming-only facilities are not subject to mandatory AVS (Animal and Veterinary Service) licensing in the same way that boarding establishments are — AVS licensing is primarily required for premises where animals are kept overnight. Petronize Grooming Salon does not list any regulatory licences, which is consistent with a grooming-focused operation, but you should confirm this directly if the salon offers any overnight or extended-stay services. The salon is ACRA registered and KakiList verified, and holds a 4.7-star Google rating across 157 reviews, which is a robust sample. Before your first visit, it is reasonable to ask whether the salon carries insurance covering accidental injury or illness to a pet during a grooming session, and what their protocol is should a pet show signs of distress or react adversely during treatment. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
