We are incredibly grateful to Dr Jensen, Dr Charlotte, Dr Gen and the entire team at Pet Avenue for the exceptional care they provided to our poodle Oreo. From the very first consultation through diagnostics, surgery, and recovery, the team demonstrated not only professionalism and expertise, but also genuine compassion and patience. They took the time to thoroughly explain Oreo’s condition, discuss the possible outcomes, and guide us through difficult decisions with clarity and reassurance. Oreo’s case was complex and emotionally stressful for us, but the team handled everything with calm confidence and kindness. The surgery was successful, and we truly appreciate the meticulous attention to detail and post-operative monitoring that helped Oreo recover safely. What stood out most was how much the team truly cared — not just about the medical outcome, but about Oreo’s comfort and our peace of mind as owners. Thank you, Dr Jensen and everyone at Pet Avenue, for your dedication, skill, and compassion. We are deeply thankful that Oreo was in such capable and caring hands.
This is a long overdue review for the good doctors and nurses of Pets Avenue, River Valley. A couple of months ago, my dear Papa Midnite had an emergency case of urethral blockage. Thanks to Dr. Tim, Dr. Ginnie, Dr. Cassie and the group of nurses there, he made a full recovery after almost 4 days of hospitalisation. It was my first time bringing him there, because the case happened past 10:00 p.m. I was insanely worried because I typically have trust issues, but through the assurances of Dr. Tim leading the whole process, I was kept updated and it helped to allay a lot of fears. Special thanks to nurse Yiping, who took a special interest in my baby and cared for him. For a paranoid parent like me, the whole process was certainly as good as it could get. Very grateful to have found this team at Pets Avenue River Valley. Papa Midnite thanks you too.
Another reassuring follow-up visit. Momo started having seizures a year ago, and I was terrified when it first happened. I’m so grateful I found PAVC River Valley. Dr. Tim and the entire team have shown nothing but love, care, and dedication throughout this journey. They are always responsive when I reach out with urgent concerns, which gives me so much peace of mind. I know Momo is in loving, capable hands :)
I brought both my dogs to the clinic yesterday for sterilisation and spaying, one male and one female, and I honestly cannot express how grateful and impressed I am with the care they received. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was handled with so much professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. Dr Charlotte and her team were absolutely remarkable. They took the time to explain the procedure clearly, reassured me throughout the process, and treated my dogs as if they were their own. The procedures started around 11am to 12pm and were completed by about 3pm, which was very well managed and efficient. What really stood out to me was the level of attention and care given after the surgery. Both of my dogs were monitored closely, kept comfortable, and handled very gently during recovery. I was especially touched to learn that the team boiled chicken breast in house to feed them. That small but thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about how much they truly care about the animals under their supervision. Knowing that my dogs were not only medically well taken care of, but also comforted and fed properly, gave me so much peace of mind. When I picked them up, both of my dogs were calm, stable, and clearly well looked after. It is never easy leaving your pets for surgery, but the care, warmth, and dedication shown by Dr Charlotte and her team made the entire experience reassuring and positive. I would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and professional veterinary team. Thank you so much to Dr Charlotte and everyone involved for taking such wonderful care of my dogs. I truly appreciate everything you have done.
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the staff and vets at Pets Avenue River Valley for their exceptional service and professionalism. I brought my cat in for FIP treatment, and they handled him with such care, love, and gentleness throughout every visit. Once, my cat made a mess in his carrier on the way to the clinic, and the staff went out of their way to give him a shower and clean him up without any hesitation. Their compassion and dedication truly touched me. Thank you to all the night staff on that day 🙏 Special shoutout to Dr Tim for being extremely caring, friendly, and professional and always putting your patients first. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond, I’m deeply grateful for all that you do! ❤️

Veterinary consultation fees in Singapore typically vary depending on the type of visit, the pet's size and breed, and the treatments or diagnostics required. A standard consultation at a private veterinary clinic generally starts from around S$30–S$60, with additional charges for vaccinations, blood panels, X-rays, medications, or surgical procedures. Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic has not published a specific fee schedule, so it is advisable to call ahead or use the enquiry form to confirm current pricing before your appointment. Additional costs to clarify may include charges for after-hours or emergency visits, prescription medications dispensed on-site, and any follow-up consultations. Some clinics also charge separately for consumables used during procedures. See the full Veterinary Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) as well as rabies, which is legally required under AVS regulations in Singapore. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is often recommended, particularly if your dog frequents boarding facilities, doggy daycare, or dog runs. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia) is standard, along with rabies vaccination. Vaccination records are generally expected to be current — typically within the past 12 months — and proof of vaccination may be requested at your visit. If your pet's vaccination history is incomplete or out of date, the clinic can advise on a catch-up schedule during the consultation.
Veterinary clinics in Singapore are regulated by the National Parks Board (NParks) under the Animals and Birds Act, and practising veterinarians must be registered with the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority's successor body, the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS). Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic does not currently have licences listed on this KakiList profile, so it is advisable to ask the clinic directly to confirm their AVS registration and the registration details of the attending veterinarians. If your pet experiences an adverse event or injury during treatment, the clinic's insurance coverage and complaints process are important to clarify in advance. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
