If this is your first visit, a trial consultation allows you to assess how the clinical team handles your pet and whether the environment suits your animal's needs. You can reach Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Beauty World) by phone or via their contact form to arrange an appointment or ask about recurring care schedules.

✨ A huge, heartfelt THANK YOU to the amazing Vet , Dr Magdalene Wong and the incredible team of nurses , Cassandra , Manene & Peter! ✨ Words truly aren’t enough to express my gratitude. Thank you for staying beyond working hours, giving your all, and never giving up on Mochi when it mattered most. Your teamwork, dedication, passion, and professionalism were nothing short of amazing. Because of your team, Mochi is now safe and sound 🐾💖 Because of your team, we get to celebrate this New Year together — and hopefully many, many more years to come. Thank you all for being not just medical professionals, but compassionate humans with the biggest hearts. Mochi and I will forever be grateful 🙏✨
I would like to sincerely thank the team at Pet Avenue (Beauty World) for the wonderful care they provided to my two boys, Cookie and Brownie, throughout the years. From regular check-ups to the most difficult times, they were always treated with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Special thanks to Dr. Gen, Dr. Jon, Dr. Sam, Dr Carol, Robert and all the dedicated vet techs. Cookie and Brownie were always happy and comfortable visiting here — a true reflection of the gentle hands and warm hearts of the team. Though my boys are no longer with us today, I will always be grateful to Pet Avenue for being such an important part of their lives and for giving them so much love and care. ❤️
I think the clinic can do a better services or be more professional. The Vet tech seem to have very limited experience on pets nor the clinic is profit oriented. Over the past month keep sending my pets down the always same replied that they unable to advise and required to send my pet down for consultation. Because of this we force our cats to applied tropical (cause rashes spreading throughout the body) and which do not dare to voice out the vets. If asking a few requests is it too much or you can develop an online consultation we can afford to pay for it. You may come at your own risk just prepare to pay and pay.
I visited both the Beauty World and River Valley branches to look for Dr Carol. Juno has been seeing Dr Carol since early last year for her skin condition. Her skin worsened significantly at the start of last year, and she developed a large wound on her neck and body. Dr Carol and team have been extremely patient and caring throughout the past year. Juno’s skin has improved tremendously under her care, although she still requires Cytopoint for her allergies. Overall, the experience has been very good, with no hard selling, and it has given me great peace of mind. I fully trust her with Juno’s treatment. Pets Avenue vets, nurses, and vet techs are very professional and caring. I would highly recommend visiting Pets Avenue.

For a veterinary clinic in Singapore, typical consultation fees generally range from S$30 to S$80 for a standard visit, with additional costs for diagnostics, medications, vaccinations, or procedures depending on your pet's needs. Costs can vary based on your pet's size, breed, and the complexity of the visit. For dogs, the core vaccinations typically expected at a Singapore veterinary clinic include DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella sometimes required if your pet has been in contact with other animals at boarding or daycare facilities. For cats, the standard is FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia). Vaccination records should generally be current within the past 12 months, though your vet will advise on the appropriate booster schedule for your pet's age and health status. Bring your pet's vaccination booklet or digital records to your first appointment. If your pet's vaccinations are overdue, the clinic can advise on catch-up protocols during the same visit.
Veterinary clinics and practising veterinarians in Singapore are regulated by the National Parks Board (NParks) under the Animals and Birds Act. Licensed veterinary surgeons must be registered with the Singapore Veterinary Council (SVC). No specific regulatory licences were listed in the provider data at the time of this listing, so we recommend confirming the clinic's AVS-related approvals and the named veterinarian's SVC registration directly. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channels for this listing. The clinic holds a 4.4 out of 5 rating across 150 Google reviews, which is a robust sample. If your pet were to become unwell or sustain an injury during a procedure, it is worth asking the clinic about their clinical protocols and any professional indemnity arrangements in place.
