I’ve been bringing my dogs, Yoshi and Poppy, to Pets Avenue (Farrer Road) for some time now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive. Dr Zen is fantastic — always explains things clearly, never pushy, transparent about costs, and truly cares about the animals. Treatments have always been effective, and I really appreciate the follow-ups to check on how my dogs are doing. The staff are equally wonderful — consistently friendly, responsive, and super helpful. It’s such a comfort knowing Yoshi and Poppy are in such good hands every visit. Highly recommend! 🐶💛
Extremely satisfied with Kylie for always assisting me with my pet’s needs. I’ve a Samoyed, Labrador and 4 cats so def lots of vet visits from time to time. My texts for assistance always gets replied quick and there were times she wasn’t working but still managed to get me the help I needed by arranging for us to see a vet. Pets Avenue def hired a gem there
Pets Avenue is the best place for your pets to be looked after at with any health-related issues. All the vets are highly skilled & the vet nurses are the best behind the scenes because they do look after all the animals to the best of their ability.
A big shoutout to Dr Dawn and her team of assistants and also the friendly staff at the counter. THANK YOU for your superb service and understanding for the circumstances of my dog Yuko, who gets anxious around other dogs and also strangers. You’ve been absolutely accommodating in your arrangements and we really appreciate your patience and understanding ! Seeing our dog recover so well with her lush coat coming back is very heartwarming. THANK YOU Pets Avenue!
Been our regular vet for the past few years ever since we coincidentally had to get an urgent appointment from them as our previous vet was fully booked. They have a whole team of doctors but Dr Sara especially would see our boy most often. Her genuine affection towards him, gentle attitude and dedication to following up on him was outstanding. She struck me as someone who actually cares for your pet. In his later years, our boy had unexplained tearing in one eye which ended up being a malignant growth. If not for the careful evaluation and quick referral from the team here, we would not have gotten to the appropriate services we needed. Thank you to the doctors here at Pets Avenue, and thank you for loving our boy! — In memory of Meow Meow

Veterinary consultation fees in Singapore typically vary by service type. A standard consultation is generally priced differently from specialist or emergency visits, and add-ons such as blood panels, vaccinations, dental scaling, or medication will carry separate charges. For mobile or house-call services, a transport surcharge may apply, though this is subject to the clinic's offerings. Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Farrer Road) is listed at the mid-range ($$) price tier. For a precise breakdown of fees — including consultation charges, procedures, and any applicable GST — it is best to contact the clinic directly before your visit. For dogs, core vaccinations typically include the DHPP combination (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies, with bordetella (kennel cough) often required if your pet will be boarding or attending daycare. For cats, the FVRCP vaccine covering feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia is standard. Most veterinary clinics and boarding facilities in Singapore require that vaccinations be current — typically within the past 12 months — and proof of vaccination will usually be requested at drop-off or upon registration. Contact Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Farrer Road) directly to confirm their specific vaccination requirements and whether they offer vaccination services on-site.
In Singapore, veterinary practices are regulated by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS) under the National Parks Board. Boarding and grooming facilities are required to hold AVS licences; veterinary clinics operate under AVS-governed frameworks for animal health services. Pets Avenue Veterinary Clinic (Farrer Road) does not currently list specific regulatory licences in its KakiList profile. Before your visit or dropping off your pet, it is advisable to verify the clinic's AVS registration and ask directly about their insurance arrangements in the event of an incident or adverse outcome during treatment. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
