When engaging Pets Eden, it helps to have your pet's size, breed, coat type, and general temperament ready when you make contact, as these factors typically influence the grooming package recommended. Bring or be prepared to share up-to-date vaccination records, as most reputable groomers require proof of current vaccinations before accepting a pet. If your pet is anxious around new environments or unfamiliar handling, consider asking about a trial visit so the groomer can assess temperament before committing to a regular schedule. You can reach Pets Eden via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form — WhatsApp is often the most convenient channel for sharing photos of your pet ahead of the appointment.
To get started, send a WhatsApp message to Pets Eden with your pet's breed, approximate weight, and coat condition, and ask about current availability for a first grooming session.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
Worst Grooming Experience, Zero Professionalism I honestly regret sending my dog to this grooming shop, and I’m writing this review so other pet owners won’t go through the same experience. From the moment I stepped in, the place already felt dirty and unhygienic, which is the last thing you want to see in a pet grooming environment. The floor, the table, and the overall setup just didn’t give me any confidence. Communication was also terrible. They ignored my messages, replied slowly, and didn’t bother to give proper updates before or after the grooming. For a place handling people’s pets, the lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. I paid $120 for full grooming, yet the results were honestly shocking. My dog’s coat was cut so unevenly and looked ugly and messy, like no effort or skill was put into it. And full grooming? They didn’t even do the basics properly. • The ears were still dirty • The eye area still had dirt and discharge • My dog clearly was not cleaned properly It really felt like they rushed everything and did a half-hearted job. What made everything worse was their attitude after I confronted them. I messaged them about the issues, and they did nothing. No explanation, no offer to fix it, no responsibility taken. They didn’t reply to any messages properly just reply sorry and that was it. No follow-up, no solution, nothing. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. For the price they charge and the quality they deliver, this grooming shop is absolutely not worth it. I strongly suggest that pet owners avoid this place. Save your money and protect your pet from such careless service.
Layla came back looking very pretty and happy. Thanks team at Eden for grooming her well ! Team at Pets Eden are really patient and helpful. Transport to and fro was safe as well. Will definitely be a return customer.
Brought my guinea pigs there for grooming. Friendly staff who taught us how to properly carry them. Haha. My kids and I couldnt even catch them ever since we got them. Now we can finally carry and pat them. 😊 Anyway my guinea pigs look and smell good. Happy with the service. ❤️
Thank you all the experts at Pets Eden Spa for the wonderful care and grooming of my 2 babies. They look sparkling clean and very happy. Extra credit for the expert who cut their claws and shaved their paw pads! Superb!
I wanted to be fair to the establishment because I paid $110 while my regular groomer is $90. And while I believe it was a lack of communication on their part, I believe in allowing businesses to make amends for their oversight. 1) For full grooming - isn’t it basic to clean off and remove the ear hair? Please see the state. They explained that my dogs ears are infected and therefore these are all new discharge. You mean to say that even if you didn’t ask me to remove the ear hair, after washing in a couple of hours, the tangle and build up can be so extreme? I think a simple admission is acceptable. 2) The eye tearing build up is obviously from a lack of cleaning as well. They also explained that this is build up after washing. If you know dogs, in such a short span - the stain would be moist and also at the corner of their eyes. Not a solid block that is at the face. This is obviously not “tear stain” but a lack of proper cleaning. Like I said I didn’t want to kill an establishment and even negotiate with them that I will decline their offer to clean up my dog “again” because there is obviously no point and I am afraid that it will be done in an “unwilling” manner. But the stance and approach taken was definitely not reconciliatory in nature. Thus while I have paid for an expensive lesson, I believe that it is equally my right to share this experience especially when dealing with establishments who obviously prioritise profit over doing what is right.

Grooming prices in Singapore typically vary by pet size, breed, and coat type. Small dogs and short-haired cats generally attract lower base rates, while large breeds or dogs with thick double coats command a surcharge. Add-on services such as de-shedding treatments, teeth brushing, nail grinding, and ear cleaning are usually priced separately on top of the base groom. For mobile or transport-included services, a travel fee may apply depending on your location. It is worth confirming the full itemised price — including any add-ons you want — before the appointment to avoid surprises at collection. See the full pet grooming cost guide for Singapore →
For dogs, most grooming facilities in Singapore require proof of current DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations. For cats, the FVRCP (feline viral rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, panleukopenia) combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is commonly required for dogs that will be in close contact with other animals, particularly in boarding or daycare settings. Vaccination records are typically expected to be current within the past 12 months. Have your veterinary documentation ready to present at drop-off. If your pet's vaccinations have lapsed, schedule a vet visit before booking the grooming appointment to avoid a last-minute rescheduling.
Pets Eden is KakiList-verified and ACRA-registered, confirming it operates as a legitimate business entity in Singapore. Grooming facilities in Singapore may be subject to licensing requirements under the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), particularly where animals are held on premises. No specific AVS licence is listed in Pets Eden's current profile, so it is advisable to ask directly whether the premises hold the relevant AVS authorisation. On the matter of insurance, it is reasonable to ask the provider what protocol is followed if a pet is injured, becomes unwell, or has an adverse reaction during a grooming session. Confirm this before your first drop-off, and visit the facility in person to assess the environment and handling practices firsthand.
