Families typically begin by contacting PJSB via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss the nature of the service required — including the religious or cultural tradition (Muslim funeral rites, including body preparation, prayers, and burial coordination, appear central given the provider's name), the timeline, and any specific family needs. The team can then advise on arrangements covering body handling, washing and shrouding (mandi jenazah), transportation to the mosque and burial ground, and coordination with relevant authorities. It is advisable to confirm in advance which services are handled directly and which involve third-party coordination, such as cemetery booking through the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) or National Environment Agency (NEA).
To begin arrangements or make an advance enquiry, reach PJSB directly via WhatsApp or phone at the Changi Road office.

I want to thank Ustaz and all of his staff for their exemplary and praiseworthy service to my late father and my family and all the guests who came to the funeral. Their services were seamless, efficient, professional, respectful and sensitive to the needs of a grieving family. Our late father passed away at 6am. Thanks to Ustaz, everything was efficiently arranged in a complete package: - from the doctor coming to the house to certify my late father’s death, - to his bathing (all the equipment and clothing were provided for) and his staff were excellent, - to cooperating in the organising for two funeral prayers: one at home, led by the family; and another at the mosque, where his team transported my late father, - to the burial (all was organised by Ustaz with the NEA) and the guests were transported in two buses. The invoicing at the end was also seamless and all costs were broken down clearly and we could not be more grateful. Thank you so much again, and we sincerely wish that God will bless you and your wonderful team for doing such an amazing service to the community during a very difficult time.

PJSB prices are indicated at a mid-range tier, but specific package costs were not listed at the time of publication. Funeral service costs in Singapore vary depending on the scope — body preparation and transportation, rental of funeral equipment, burial coordination, and ancillary services such as floral arrangements or prayer sessions are typically itemised separately. When you enquire, ask for a written breakdown of all charges, including any third-party disbursements such as NEA burial fees or MUIS coordination costs. Confirm what is bundled and what is billed separately before proceeding.
PJSB appears to specialise in Muslim funeral rites, which typically include body washing and preparation (mandi jenazah), shrouding (kafan), prayers (solat jenazah), and transportation to the mosque and burial ground. Coordination with Pusara Aman or other NEA-managed Muslim cemeteries, as well as MUIS requirements, may also be part of the service. Confirm directly with PJSB which elements are managed in-house and which involve third-party coordination, particularly for burial plot booking, death certificate registration, and post-burial arrangements.
PJSB is ACRA-registered as a Singapore business entity and has been verified by KakiList. No specific regulatory funeral licences were listed at time of publication — Singapore does not currently operate a mandatory funeral service licence regime, but providers coordinating burial at NEA-managed sites must comply with NEA requirements. The 5/5 rating is drawn from 11 Google reviews — a small sample, so treat it as directional. When contacting PJSB, ask about their experience with your specific requirements and any affiliations with MUIS or relevant religious authorities. Insist on a written service agreement before payment.
