Dr Andrew is an excellent plastic surgeon with 5-star bedside manners. I had been contemplating for a very long time to do something about my ptosis and finally decided on doing double eyelid surgery with him. His nurses and front office staff were also friendly and patient which really enhanced the entire experience at their clinic. Dr Andrew does not hard sell any services and ensured that I was fully aware of the pros and cons of each procedure before going ahead. I knew before I stepped in that I was going to choose to do surgery with him, but the entire experience just reinforced that conviction. The surgery was done under mild sedation which meant that I was completely knocked out with mild consciousness for the procedure. It was pleasant and with little discomfort. The nurses kept checking in on me to ensure that I was comfortable and well. By the end of the 2 hours, I emerged well rested with brand new eyelids. The treatment cost at this plastic surgery clinic is also transparent and fair. I would even call it surprisingly affordable. It really makes me wonder why some patients opt to travel to other countries for treatment when there is a safe, calm and affordable alternative right in the heart of Singapore. I never had to second guess what I had to pay or what the next steps were as the front office had fully informed me of every single step. If you are looking for a patient, skilled and experienced plastic surgeon who truly cares for the well being and outcomes of his patients, I highly recommend heading in to meet Dr Andrew Tay.

I trust Dr. Tay completely. His skills speak for themselves, but what sets him apart is his approach. He listens to concerns, explains everything clearly, and never rushed me into a decision. He’s warm, patient, and always willing to answer any questions, no matter how small. The whole process feels comfortable and reassuring. I first came in for one procedure, was so happy with the results that I kept coming back. That alone says a lot about his expertise and the trust I have in him. The results look natural, and I feel more confident than ever. The clinic staff are just as wonderful. The nurses are kind, professional, and make every visit a pleasant experience. In short, I am a happy and satisfied patient at The Plastic Surgery Practice! I don't regret any of my procedures. My only regret is not doing them sooner.

I've sat in with a few of my friends for consultations with Dr. Andrew Tay, and I'm not exaggerating when I say he has the best bedside manners of all the doctors I've met (and i've met a LOT in my line of work)! On top of the multiple good reviews I've heard via word of mouth from his happy patients, which led me to him and also recommending quite a few friends to him, what impressed me was his demeanor and patience. Dr. Tay is gentle, assuring, and very detailed with his explanation. I find his charges reasonably priced for someone of his level and years of experience, and would highly recommend him for double eyelid surgeries and breast augmentation.

Did my double eyelid surgery here and was very satisfied! The nurses are very polite and professional. Dr Tay was very patient in explaining the whole procedure and throughout followups if I had any queries. My eyes came out looking very natural, hightly reccomend!
