We originally contracted Plugbear for a small bathroom project. However, we were so impressed with their attitude and efficiency that we added more projects. Things ultimately snow-balled into a major home renovation. We learned a lot from their expertise as they patiently shared the pros and cons of every option we picked. However, they always respected our choices and decisions and we never felt pressured to follow their advice. We feel they sincerely tried to help us instead of focusing on making profit. Their staff were professional, super nice and had a great sense of humor. Sometimes, they worked so hard that we had to chase them to lunch/home after work. Now that the project is over, we almost miss having the cheerful team around. For many years, we had many terrible experiences with contractors who overcharged, had hidden costs, or delivered low-quality work. Plugbear was honest with their pricing and work ethic that they felt like a breath of fresh air. We feel blessed to have found Plugbear and if we could describe this company with just a few words, we’d say this is a company with conscience. Our special thanks to: Mr Lai and Suriya for their perfectionist carpentry workmanship. We could count on Mr Lai and Murugan for always coming up with the most creative solutions for any kinds of problems and unusual requests! They’ve fixed so many problems that other contractors claimed were impossible or cost a bomb to fix. They must be Plugbear’s Mr Fix It and Superstar! Last for not least, a special thanks to Zac who’s always ready to lend his hands and go that extra mile. He and Murugan played huge roles in dust/damage control and post-reno cleanup.
