No idea where these reviews are coming from. Cant speak to their quality of work as I couldnt even get to that stage. Texted them for quotes on a Tuesday. Sent me a reply asking for more information which I replied to almost immediately. Followed up on Wednesday to which they said they will get back to me as they are still busy. Its Monday now and still no response. There are many other marble floor polishing vendors with more authentic reviews. I suggest you go to them for a more seamless experience cheers.

If you are searching for a no nonsense, knowledgeable stone polisher/cleaner then it should end here. Angela did an exemplary job of identifying the issue, provide a solution and implement it successfully. You don’t have to follow up, she does it even before you can point any flaws and fixes them. She provides a lot of advise on maintenance which comes from experience so you will not end up buying and trying different solution that mostly don’t work for all types of issues. This was my third time hiring them to remove stubborn stains from limestone. Before finding them, I tried many contractors with lower prices, but none could successfully get rid of the stains. A manager from a high-end condo recommended I reach out to Angela. On their first visit, the worker acknowledged how tough the stains were, but instead of giving up, they applied multiple layers of poultice—where others would have just polished. The price isn’t the lowest, but the quality is unmatched! Good job once again for Angela and her team !!
