My go to grooming place for my 2 mini bichons ! Both Valerie and Jason are seasoned professionals and they always treat my 2 babies like their own, always making sure my 2 babies are well groomed and taken care of during their time there. Their staffs were very friendly and knowledgable as well !

I would not recommend this grooming service. We were told our dog was so matted that she needed to be shaved, but the end result was extremely uneven and poorly done. Some areas were shaved down to the skin while others were left much longer. We regularly wash and brush her coat, so we feel shaving was a careless and unnecessary solution rather than proper grooming. We were very disappointed with the quality of work and would not bring our dog here again.

I recently brought home a lovely mini schnauzer from Pooch Image She came with some ear infection which I was told is quite common among puppies. They gave us proper medication for it and my puppy seem much better after just 2 days. We are first time puppy owners and got quite worried about her coughing. Jason came to see the puppy at midnight with water dispenser which we didn't have yet - I'm thankful for him to go extra mile to take care of puppies and they sent cold medicine the next day delivered to my place as well. Can tell they really care about the puppies and I recommend anyone to get puppies from here as you will be in good hands.
