We sent our baby to Posso RV infant care when she was 3 months old, and she’s been there for almost two months now. The teachers are very friendly and caring, and they keep us updated throughout the day on her feeds, naps, and activities. We also love the weekly updates with cute photos. Our baby seems happy there and always smiles at the teachers during drop-off, which gives us a lot of peace of mind. We’re really happy with the care she’s receiving and would definitely recommend this place.

My son has been with Posso’s IFC team at Rivervale since he was 2 months old and now at 14 months, we can definitely see that he has benefitted so much from the teachers and curriculum! My daughter has been with Posso Rivervale since she was 6 months old and she graduated to PG at 18 months recently. My daughter is very vocal and is able to speak really well for her age and I believe it’s because of the engagement she gets in school. That aside, teachers really do go the extra mile for the students. On the first day when I expressed that my daughter needs a darker environment to sleep, the teachers were very accommodating and made an exception for my baby to sleep in the nap room with the slightly older kids. Whenever there were incidents in school, the teacher would immediately notify us through the app and let us know what they’re doing about the situation. My daughter knows the infant care teachers by name - Teachers Natasha, Alice and Dora - and would often tell me what they did with her in school. This clearly shows me that she loved her experience in infant care. The teachers also started bringing my daughter to the PG play area 2 months before her “graduation” so she could acclimate to the activities and other PG teachers. They also put her on the PG meal plan and taught her how to self feed ahead of time so she could be more independent. More recently, I forgot to dress my daughter in a traditional outfit for Ramadan celebration. One of the teachers contacted us and asked if we’d mind if she put our daughter in an extra costume she brought from home. I appreciated that so much as it showed that the teachers genuinely care and want all students to take part in the activities. Also, I was worried about my daughter’s naps in school when she graduated to PG - new environment, new routine - the teachers would never fail to update me during nap time of how she was doing. This gives me a lot of reassurance as the teachers are looking out for her needs too. I have nothing but good things to say about Posso and I’m so glad that the other preschools put us on waitlist when we were looking for a daycare 😂
