The service standards here are astoundingly bad. Just to list a few, my grandmother was made up terribly (with patchy brown lipstick, half drown eyebrows). When we asked if they could at least complete the lipstick, they whipped out some years old makeup kit that was powdery and falling apart and started dabbing roughly and obviously carelessly around my grandmothers face. The bunch of servicemen at the wake were also callous and outright insensitive - LAUGHING and JOKING around during prayers. They helped themselves to the food and drinks at our wake and there was little to no communication as to what we needed to do for the cremation. The team was even LATE for the cremation such that we had to rush through the entire event! To pay over $10k for this shoddy and unprofessional bunch is a joke. Stay away from this place with no business integrity or compassion.
