Worst decision I ever made was to assume that by paying absurdly high charges, I was to get a good service. I hired Procare to polish marble flooring, jetwash the exterior of a house, and do a thorough cleanup, for an absurd cost of $6,590, thinking that I was "getting the professionals" to do it. Not a single part of the job was done to standard. The marbles are dull and stained, the outside is still filthy and covered with stains, and they didn't even bother to do a simple mopping when they left. They finished everything in the middle of the night, and when all the defects were made obvious during the daytime, they just hide behind their "terms and conditions". Their Sales Rep kept complaining about "lost income" and "how much time they spend on failing to unclog a drain", which had very little to do with the defects. Also not a single apology for tossing the furniture out in the rain. They get 2 stars instead of 1 because they did propose to come and finish the job, although they would only allocate 3 hours to it, and Only do the cleaning. When I asked that they relook at the dull marble floors, I was given a lame "not our SOP" response, to which I asked them to never come back again, as I will need to get a proper crew to redo everything. They cost too much, demand payment upfront, clean very poorly, and took so long that they messed up the schedule of the rest of the renovation. Avoid at all costs. I have edited the review to 1 star because of the weak response full of excuses and complains, without any reference to the real problems . And I'm adding photos of the $4000 "marble polish" which was supposedly done , and which Procare refused to revisit as "its not their SOP". As mentioned, not a single part of the job was done well, or professionally.
Best decision ever! Engaged their service for tenant who moved out leaving the place extremely dirty after staying for 4 years without proper management on my marble floor and cabinets with foul smell, the managed to clean through everything. Marble became white. Staffs are very good and friendlyy. They work so hard to make everything perfect. Would totally recommend! They even came down to inspect everything before quoting and on my end, I booked everything quite last minute and they managed to get it done. SATISFIED! We engaged Procare to do a deep cleaning for my entire 5-room HDB flat in July 2023. An unit at lower level caught fire and the smoke and dust particles swarmed into my unit, causing an overlay of soot which is really difficult to clean/remove. A team of 5 experienced and diligent staff came down to perform a thorough cleaning for my house. They took around 6.5 hours to clean the entire house. They promptly came back on the next day to touch up some areas upon notification. Overall, I am very pleased with their services. I don’t have basis for cost comparison, but it does feel a little pricy thou. But you probably pay for what you get. Excellent service
