I had filtered through multiple realtors, visited projects, discussed numbers.. the information was good but for some reason, the other realtors were missing a “specific ingredient” in making me feel secure on the decision they were pushing me towards. The average realtor generally recommended me projects and wanted me to visit projects with them, but Edmund spent a lot of time with over multiple meetings, educating me on how the mortgage system can work to my advantage, and understanding the overall development plans of singapore, based on the property investment goals I had in mind. I found this a lot more assuring, and when he finally filtered projects for me to consider, I felt ut matched my goals. The projects were not only prime, but it didn’t differ greatly in price compared to a project that was in a neighborhood. I felt this gave me a slightly larger selling/ rental target market option. After purchasing the unit, Edmund and his wife Cindior work as an awesome team to respond promptly to any questions I have up to this day. I truly feel assured and enjoy working with Edmund and Cindior, and feel I can continue working with them to the point of me renting/ selling my property out, and for the rest of my property journey. The follow through and commitment they provided is top notch and unique.

The consultation was detailed, data-driven, and helped me better understand Singapore’s property outlook over the next 5–10 years. We have been wanting to buy an investment property but lacked the confidence and assurance of entering the property market until we met coach Edmund and Cindior. We approached Edmund, after reviewing many of his YouTube videos which aligned very much with our philosophy of data driven approach to buying investment property. It was Dec period, both Edmund and us were traveling. Nevertheless, he took the effort and time while he was in Europe to share with us his REI methodology which include strategies like identifying area of transformation and buying property at right entry price. It was clear to us that Edmund put in a lot of effort to research the right property to recommend. He patiently walked us through the details, ensuring that we felt secure in our investment choice. I joined one of Edmund Tan's free online classes on YouTube last year. It was one of many online courses, with different people online, to understand real estate, as I was trying to buy my own property. What stood out for me, about Edmund, was how simple yet comprehensive he was in mapping out the property journey, in layman's terms. I got enough mental clarity to understand that our home is our biggest investment and needs careful planning through a lifetime to meet our retirement end goal. Real Estate is about people and families and real lives, not just physical buildings. Then I was blown away about how humble n down to earth he was in dealing with members of the public who inquire with him. He's not pushy. He listens. Actually, I didn't eventually use him as my agent to buy my HDB resale flat, my first home, but I have introduced him to my family and will work with him in future to do legacy estate planning. Highly recommended.
