My experience with your agent Sean Ong (CEA Registration: R061099F, Agency License: L3008022J) was unpleasant. As a customer, I have every right to browse many options on PropertyGuru and choose the one that best fits me. To me, Sean's rooms weren't substantially better than NTU housing to justify the higher price. And so I chose a different common room on PropertyGuru, which was the same price as Sean's, but had more floor space, larger windows, etc. Later, I thanked Sean and informed him of my decision. However, his reaction was inappropriate, as shown in the image. He started telling me that I must rent from him because he invested time into the conversation. This is not how things work: an agent has every right to consider many customers, and customers have every right to consider many rooms. I don't understand why he started guilt-tripping me so rudely as if I betrayed him. I request your agency to ask your agents to display professional conduct. If any agent feels that they are entitled to their customer's money just because they chatted on WhatsApp, it should be stated that that is their expectation prior to any conversation. I am recently rating and reporting this agent on PropertyGuru after having seen that others are also complaining about his rude and sarcastic behavior. I have attached other customer's same feedback here because I suspect PropertyGuru moderators will look into my review after the agent attempts to appeal my rating.

I have been renting a unit at Dover Parkview since last June, and I would like to highly recommend Zoe Tan for her excellent service as a property agent in Singapore. From a tenant’s perspective, Zoe has been extremely responsive, professional, and reliable throughout my tenancy. She has helped coordinate and resolve several issues in the unit efficiently, including window water leakage, shower room leakage, water heater replacement, and upgrading the door to a digital lock. What really stands out is that she takes full ownership — she doesn’t just pass messages between tenant and landlord. She actively follows up with contractors, ensures the work is completed properly, and keeps me updated at every step. Her proactive approach and attention to detail have made my living experience smooth and stress-free. It is clear that she genuinely cares about both the tenant’s comfort and maintaining the property well. I would strongly recommend Zoe Tan to anyone looking for a dependable and responsible property agent in Singapore.
