I chose First because of the quick response from Jospeh when I reached out for a quote to replace our door lock. Thankful for the quick quotes which are budget friendly for us. The techinican did a fair job too. Some inconvenience was caused when the door plate they brought first time wasn't big enough to cover the digital lock it replaced and some to and fro. But all else said and done I think First is a quick and reliable service. Highly recommend.

Really quick response to my call for help to unlock a stuck door. Phone was answered at once and tech on the way within the hour at what I thought was a reasonable charge. It turned out to be a false alarm and they refunded part of the payment because the tech person was partway there. Excellent service and very understanding and polite handling. Definitely recommend to anyone.

They came down on a few occasions to first open a lock which other locksmiths could not open without wanting to break the door and subsequently to change the lock. The technicians made sure that the end result is a smooth turning lock and did not compromise on the quality even if it took them more visits without additional cost.
