Worse aircon company. Slip shot work on the installation. They wanted to install the aircon on a false wall above the door. My dad raise concern about the placement of the aircon but was brushed off and was told it was strong enough. Installed on 23/9/22 and crack started on the 26/12/25. Called back the company and they came and take a look and gave a quotation of $800+gst to move the aircon to the placement my dad originally wanted. My dad was shocked at the price. Talk to Francis who was acting like a prick.. very disappointed at their after sale. Francis don’t want to take responsibility of the situation and give the not my problem. He can even say that it could be the fault of the servicing team who might pulled the aircon.

Previous review deleted while awaiting they try to give attention to solve the dripping issue. Not ready for full review yet. Hence moved the previous 1 star to 4stars as neutral and since this morning they sent a technician back to check again and try to fix. Hope to be able to experience good enough to revise to 5. Update. For now dripping issue finally fixed. Thanks to technician KC. One short of 5 cos the boss threaten to sue previously when I put a one star with feedback n screenshots on how it’s wasn’t done properly and dripping issue after new installation. Summary, costumer service lady is prompt & polite; servicing generally ok, if you’re having problem, will need some luck to be assigned a skill technician with a heart to help take time and effort to find the problems and solve.

Good service right from the start. Initial consultation was fantastic as the team came down to assess my needs. It was done in a very quick and efficient manner as they were very transparent about what could be done and they also highlighted the potential pitfalls. During the installation the workers were quick, competent and they sought our inputs whenever necessary. Post installation there was another round of follow up from the team as they sought feedback and also ensured that the aircon was functioning as intended. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for aircon related needs!

can’t deny their technicians are good and professional but not their customer service, texted me asking me whether want to book an appointment and when I replied okay, it took so long just to check and find a technician and at the end I got so annoyed I cancel the whole thing.. Waste my time !!! so unprofessional of their customer service towards customer.

PureAir’s servicing is great to have! Their technicians are precise and professional when it comes to their skills, friendly and polite when it comes to etiquette. I was so impressed that I signed with them for a year after the first servicing!
