I contacted this company on Tuesday regarding my aircon problem. Their replies were slow and they did not seem bothered. They arranged for a technician to come between 7:00 and 7:30pm, but no one turned up. There was absolutely no communication to inform me that they would be late or not coming. I have proof that I did not receive any calls or messages from them regarding delays or cancellations. I even texted twice on the day of the appointment asking them to let me know if they could not make it, but still received no reply. The technicians only suddenly turned up at 8:15pm without any notice. When they previously checked my aircon, they wrongly diagnosed the issue and claimed I needed to change my compressor, which is untrue. A wrong diagnosis like this would have cost a bomb, and I still had to pay $50 for that visit. Customers are not always right, that is true. But when a business shows no responsibility, no accountability, and does not even acknowledge their mistakes, that is a real shame. This level of service is unacceptable and a waste of my time and money. I will be filing a complaint with CASE.

Very detailed cleaning and thorough checking. Manage to fix my gas leak issue whereas other contractor who came previously unable to detect the problem. Price was reasonable and fast appointment, most importantly my aircon is cold now :)

Have them install new system 4. My L box are stain with water condensing just after one year. My previous system didn’t have that problem for 18 years. They come and check and say need to change piping due to one year of wear & tear. It’s true they say piping wear and tear. I was speechless. And my air con was not cold after one year and they charge me for topping gas and say gas need to top up every 3 months. I was stun like carrot.
