Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I highly rate this place! The whole experience from the moment you step through their door puts you in a mood of total relaxation. From the smell, the ambience the tea, it really helps me to disconnect from work and recover for the day. The great thing is that the infrared saunas are clean, well-maintained and the service is amazing as well. I would definitely be back again very soon.
The only infrared studio in Singapore, also one that i will return repeatedly. Stepping in always feel tranquil and meditative. Clean studio with friendly and accommodating staffs. The whole experience feels calming and a sense of positivity after. Highly recommend.
I had such a great experience at Pure Wellness Studio! Felt refreshed and rejuvenated after the sweat session, will definitely be back for more. The space was clean and calming + the staff were informative and welcoming. 5 stars for this calm oasis in the concrete jungle of Duxton.
Didn't know we have this in Singapore, so decide to try it with an open mind. For my first sesh, I chose the red lights. Wow. I felt so energized after. It's like having a lot of coffee without jitteriness. Like a burst of sunshine. At the same time, your body feels so relaxed after all the perspiring in the booth. Clears my mind too. The studio is very clean and well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful with any inquiries.
The only place in Singapore to get an infrared sauna experience. Very relaxing and beneficial to health. Highly recommend it! Beautiful space as well.

Pure Wellness Studio displays a mid-range pricing tier ($$), but specific per-session rates are not publicly listed. Holistic wellness sessions in Singapore typically range from S$60–200 per session depending on modality and duration, with package rates offering a discount over single-session pricing. Most holistic wellness providers do not require a formal GP referral, but an intake form or first-consultation assessment is standard practice. This helps the practitioner understand your health history, any contraindications (such as pregnancy, recent surgery, or chronic conditions), and your goals before beginning treatment. For more complex health conditions, a GP referral can be useful if you intend to make an insurance claim or if your condition requires coordination with a medical professional. Contact Pure Wellness Studio directly to understand their intake process and whether a prior assessment session is part of the booking flow.
No regulatory licences are currently listed for Pure Wellness Studio on KakiList. The relevant licensing body depends on the specific modality — physiotherapists and occupational therapists are registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), TCM practitioners with the TCM Practitioners Board (TCMPB), and psychologists with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS). These registers are publicly searchable online. As no licences are recorded here, it is important to ask Pure Wellness Studio directly which modalities are offered and to verify the named practitioner's credentials on the relevant public register before proceeding with treatment. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
