I do not even know where to start with my review. We only have good things to say about Roger from PVC Master! He has helped us turn our renovation disaster into our home. Our ID firm fled which left us exasperated. Roger stepped in to pick up the reno works left. He was really assuring and helpful throughout the whole process - not just on the vinyl flooring works, but even our partition wall, painting and touch up works. He is even tactful with our neighbour who was upset at our renovation works taking too long! He gained the trust of our grumpy neighbour and cleaned the area outside our unit after works was done which made our neighbour less unhappy. Roger’s communication is clear and efficient, and we could really feel his passion in doing a good job and helping us in completing our home. The cost is very competitive and honestly we would recommend just going with Roger straight than go with an ID firm. Thank you so, so much again, Roger and PVC master! We will definitely be recommending our friends & we know who to call if we need other works done. ☺️

I have a good experience with PVC Master recently to refurbish my kitchen wall tiles and also to change the skirtings of the whole house. I reach out to the team and liaise with Roger the Operations Director. He quickly assigned a sales agent one Steve Lee to me the next day even though the company has a busy schedule ahead. The follow up meeting was cordial and Steve was able to advise on the options available down to the quality of vinyl planks, the thickness and color recommendations. This was done within 20 mins after getting my requirements. Also pricing was affordable with premium quality vinyl materials and skirt boards. An appointment was made for coming Thursday 28 Sep and PVC Master took pains to ensure my requests were met. A day work was completed and there were vast contrasts and complete makeover after doing the vinyl planks on the kitchen walls and changing the skirtings of the house. All thanks and efforts goes to Steve who doubled up as a worker to ensure quality work performed and supervising the workers in all. Roger also made a personal trip down to ensure all operations were executed promptly and doing finishing touches. Once again thank you to all at PVC Master team. You had refurbished my house to make it looks more classy and elegant. Also the hairline cracks at the toilet area had been sealed by smooth and quality vinyl planks. I would like to thank Steve for his professional advice, and fast service. He explained in details what is included in the installation, including the sides. When I contacted the company, Steve came down the next day, and 2 days later he managed to come down to my condo to help install the vinyl flooring for my condo bedroom in half day. He personally came down to check the work, even though he was on leave that day. They helped me to shift the bed out, to do the installation, and then shift the bed back. The company also provide interest free 3 months instalment plan as well as warranty for any issues with the installation. Will definitely recommend!

This shop located opposite ABC Blk 10 Haig road. That sells, household accessories, bags,shoes and duplicate keys too. The uncle is very patience and kind. He was looking for the right key that fit the key that I wanted to duplicate. Very helpful, thank you very much for your service.
