I can’t recommend them enough! Unlike my previous experience with another plumber who kept haggling over prices and never fixed the problem, this team was fast, efficient and honest. The day before, I was previously paid SGD $600 for work that wasn’t even completed and they ( the other hdb plumber ) were asking for a total of $1,200+ just to cut the pipe without any guarantee.I was like ??? Cut pipe ??? Thankfully, I came across this company’s website and the team solved my problem in just 30 minutes using their strong commercial machines. Beyond that, they even gave great advice and were straightforward throughout, no upselling, no uncertainty. If you want a plumber who actually fixes the problem and has an honest, helpful team, this is the team to call. Truly 5-star service!

My water bill shot up by 10 times and was asked by SP group to look for PUB licensed plumber to check on my house leak. Contacted QB plumbing and Mr Ong & his team came to my house the very next day to checked on the leak for me. Everything was done quickly and he also made a report for me to send to SP group to ask for water bill waiver. They are very professional and efficient! Price is also reasonable and affordable. I recently had my kitchen top pipe replaced, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The plumber arrived on time, was very professional, and explained clearly what needed to be done. The workmanship was solid, and the replacement was completed quickly without any mess. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency — no hidden charges, and the pricing was reasonable. I had a water leakage issue since we moved back after a major home renovation. Found out the concealed aircon pipe within the common toilet wall was the root cause. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain help/service from the defunct ID firm I had engaged. I engaged QB Plumbing for the repair job. They were responsive, knowledgeable with good service attitude and last but not least the price was very reasonable. The entire process I did not feel that I was taken for a ride. I will definitely engage them again and I highly recommend to anyone with plumbing issues. PS: I got to know they do interior design and renovation works too. I will engage them in my next renovation.
