My kitchen tap leaked at 5 something in the morning. They answered my call promptly and arranged to come over at 8am. They brought over the same model of swivel tap which I had but also recommended a different model that is more suited to my needs, which I eventually chose to have installed. Price was reasonable and made clear during the call and before installation.
