I came here for an X-ray required for my work permit renewal and had a very smooth experience. I was served by Rohani, who greeted me immediately even though she was attending to another patient at the time. I handed over the referral letter from my clinic, and she assisted me clearly on how the report would be processed, including explaining the documentation and providing a brochure to take home. The self-registration process was easy, the location is convenient, parking was hassle-free, and the waiting area was comfortable. Overall, the process felt straightforward and efficient — more convenience than complications. So far, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended. I recently had a few scans done at RadLink Novena .The service was excellent and all the nurses were friendly and wonderful. Many thanks to the sonographer and mammographer who attended to me - they were very reassuring and gentle during the scans. I recently had an ultrasound pelvis at Radlink, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with the level of care and professionalism shown by the staff throughout my visit. From the moment I arrived, I encountered a small hiccup with my registration—but Sakinah stepped in to help resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Her patience, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and stress-free start to my appointment. I was also warmly greeted by Rohani, whose friendly demeanor and positive attitude immediately put me at ease. Her cheerful presence added a comforting touch to the whole process. My wife Lee Hwee Hwee had a pleasant experience at Radlink Novena. The counter staff, especially Rohani and the other Chinese staff, were very kind, patient, and helpful. Their friendly attitude made the whole process smooth and comfortable. A special thank you to Grace, who performed my wife’s mammogram. She was very gentle, caring, and informative, which helped my wife feel at ease throughout the procedure. Dr Cheryl Lim Hui Shan provided my wife’s mammogram report professionally and efficiently. Nice polite staff, clean environment. However if you are doing just an x ray, do avoid. The speed even at a SATA clinic is much faster. X ray queue doesn't move 35min. Been the same since I got here. There are plenty of facilities like this around this area, just avoid this place, just too slow. Have a display board but just for show. You won't know how many in front of you despite having a Q number
