Nurse Dora provided excellent service. From registration, taking vital signs and carrying out orders, she was helpful and warm. She always greeted and discharged me with a smile. Although they were busy, she made sure that every patient had the best experience. I did not get the name of the other nurse who took my blood but she was also quite professional and friendly. Dr. Ng Wai Lyn was also very kind and reassuring. He was attentive and comprehensive with his care. He was kind, professional and friendly to his patients. Thank you to Raffles Heart Centre.

Amazing service by Cynthia and Chai Hoon. Cynthia is fast, efficient and observant to patients and visitors’ needs. Everything runs so smoothly when she takes care of it. Displays professionalism and experience in her job. Chai Hoon is always very calm and attentive to the patients/visitors and helps to solve any issues fast. Shows empathy and professionalism which is so important in the nature of work. Have seen Dr Lee for a few years and he is always very calm, patient and attentive. Very reliable and experienced doctor.
