Was doing my health screen at level 2 of the hospital. Everyone here was nice and friendly. Especially Grace, she was the nurse that took my blood test today. She was gentle and friendly. She ensure I’m comfortable and having no issue with it. Thank you so much.
Dear Nurses and Staff of Raffles Hospital Ward 10 Station B, I wanted to express my heartfelt thanks for your incredible care and dedication during my stay. Special thanks to Nurse Leo for going above and beyond to help with my MRI results and checking in on me when I needed it most - congratulations again on the upcoming arrival of your baby boy! 😊 And to Nurse Anna, your encouragement meant a lot to me, thanks for being so supportive. To all the staff who checked in on me, thank you for making a tough time a bit easier. I'd also like to thank A/Prof Johnson Tan and Dr Heng for their expertise and care, and the friendly team at the Eye Clinic for their kindness. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. Gratitude, Natalie
I had amazing care and experience at the Raffles Hospital. I am deeply touched by everyone's professional care. Both of my parents are in Australian healthcare and they have highest praise for the excellent medical and nursing team at Raffles Hospital. My doctor and surgeon Dr Sheila Loh was beyond amazing, I have great admiration and gratefulness to her, Dr Sheila checked up on my condition on such regular basis, working even on weekends and until late. The nursing staff Chue Lai Tan, Sara Hussein, Meeni, Cindy, Pearl, Meena and so many more - a big shout out of thank you and praise to the nurses of Ward 8D, I would not have recovered as well without your care and kindness. I have never been sick before and being hospitalised was scary and overwhelming but the staff at Raffles Hospital made me feel reassured and stayed strong to fight to get well. I am just beyond words with the feeling of thankfulness and gratefulness that I have to all my doctors, surgeons and nurses at Raffles Hospital, and this will well and truly remain with me for life. What you do impacts on your patients more than you can imagine, thank you. With much love, Bernice
A big thank you to Dr Carmen Gan, anaesthetist Dr Roy and the team who were present during my surgery on 03Dec25. The nurses at the Operating Theatre whom I didn’t get your names, thank you for calming my nerves when I most needed it. To the nurses at Ward 8D, especially Ms Tan Chue Lai, Ms Ma XiaoHan, Ms Alicia L.B, Ms Mini George & Ms Nan Pyone Cho, I can’t thank you enough for your patience and encouragements you’ve rendered me. Food was great though I couldn’t eat much, only wished the companion food could have been delivered earlier as my husband had to leave at 7.30am to work with an empty stomach. Room was great, only the bidet spray needs to be placed at the same height as the tissue rollers. The current position is too low to reach.
It was my first time admitted to a hospital, and the nurses, ward staff, doctors were fantastic. Incredible, thoughtful service and care around the clock - it almost felt like a hotel. They made my stay as pain-free, hassle-free as possible, so that I could focus on recovery. Thank you, and special shout out to the team at Ward 10B.
