Families considering infant care at Raffles House should begin by enquiring about slot availability for their intended start month, as infant care places in Singapore are in high demand. When you contact the centre, ask about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine for infants, and the settling-in approach for new babies. It is worth scheduling a centre visit to meet the caregivers and assess the environment directly. If your child is a Singapore citizen, you may be eligible for ECDA subsidies that can meaningfully reduce the monthly cost — confirm your eligibility when you speak with the admissions team. Note that Raffles House does not currently list an ECDA licence in its public records, so it is important to verify regulatory status directly with the centre before enrolling.
To take the next step, reach out to Raffles House via phone or their enquiry form to ask about current infant care vacancies for your intended start month and to arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My girl studied at Raffles House at Paya Lebar, and I’m truly very grateful for the teachers there. They are amazing! They are so loving, patient, and attentive. You can genuinely feel that they care for the children, not just academically but emotionally as well. My girl was well taken care of, and it gave me great peace of mind as a parent. Highly recommend Raffles House at Paya Lebar to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child.
Raffles House @ Paya Lebar offers a balanced and thoughtful approach to early childhood education. My son has been attending since he was 18 months old, and I have consistently felt that the environment is well considered—from academic learning and values rooted in Christian principles to opportunities for indoor physical play and regular excursions that help broaden the children’s experiences. The teachers have been patient, gentle, and consistent in their support. Over time, my son has gradually become more confident, started singing simple English/Chinese songs, and is now more willing to communicate even with unfamiliar people. We appreciate the steady encouragement he has received, which has allowed him to grow at his own pace. Although primary school is still some years away, it is reassuring to know that the school provides preparation that helps children transition smoothly when the time comes. The routines and foundations being built now give us a sense of confidence as parents. To the teachers and staff at Raffles House @ Paya Lebar, thank you for your continuous care and guidance. (Ms Pearlyn, Ms Mitos, Ms Yu, 海英老师, Ms Dey, 张老师) We are grateful for the professionalism and support you provide each day!🙏
Sending my child to RH Paya Lebar has got to be one of the best decisions made. Besides a very caring principal Ms. Pearlyn who could remember every child’s name and whom all the children love as observed from the daily interactions, we have been blessed with teachers who are highly patient, nurturing and encouraging. Special shout out to Ms. Steffy, Haiying laoshi and Zhang laoshi as the teachers genuinely care deeply for the students and gave me very timely updates on my child’s progress and the areas that I can work more with her at home which was really helpful, since as working parents we have very limited time so I really appreciate these updates to know the areas to channel my energy and effort in. My kid also expressed to me that the teachers made her feel safe and comfortable in school, and this extends to not just her class teachers, but also teachers from the other levels who look after them after 5pm. I also appreciate the school’s level of hygiene as any infectious illness is kept under control quickly without prolonged spreading amongst the students. With a readers program starting in N2, I felt that this was a really great initiative that allow my child to learn to read from a young age and I observed that this is something that not many schools offer. Kudos to all teachers and management of RH Paya Lebar and I would highly recommend any parents to register their child with the school.
My both daughters, have been part of Raffles House Preschool @Payalebar for the past four years and we couldn’t be more grateful for the nurturing and enriching environment the school provides. The thoughtfully planned variety of activities keeps the children meaningfully engaged throughout the day. It’s heartening to see how this has naturally reduced their screen time at home. Instead, they now gravitate toward creative and meaningful pastimes like painting, drawing, and simply observing the world around them. What truly delights us is their growing curiosity about nature - trees, clouds and everything in between. Their awareness and understanding of the world are deepening in such an organic and joyful way. Thank you, Raffles House Preschool, for creating a space that nurtures curiosity, fosters creativity, and encourages children to connect with life beyond screens. It has made a remarkable difference in our home, and we truly appreciate the role the school plays in shaping our children’s early years.
I've sent all my three children to this preschool and I have absolutely no complaints. Under principal Pearlyn's leadership, the teachers create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where my children feel safe and excited to learn. Even for my sons who are quite the trouble makers, the teachers have always been firm yet loving in their approach. The communication with us as parents is good and we receive regular updates, though not so frequent as to make us feel the teachers must be glued to their phones instead of tending to the children. School environment is clean and spacious, with full height windows letting the light in, and separate toileting areas for boys and girls. RH@PL has been a wonderful start to my children's education, and I couldn’t recommend it more!

Raffles House is priced at the mid-range tier ($$) for infant care in Singapore. As a general guide, full-day infant care at private and operator-run centres typically ranges from S$1,200 to S$2,500 per month before subsidies, depending on the centre's programme and facilities. Contact Raffles House directly for their specific monthly fee schedule. Beyond the monthly fee, factor in a one-off registration fee and a deposit — commonly equivalent to one to two months' fees — payable upon securing a place. Some centres also charge for uniforms and group insurance. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the figure quoted should be the amount you pay. Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed infant care centre may qualify for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who clock 56 hours or more of work per month may additionally access the Working Mother's Child Relief and the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring combined monthly subsidy support up to S$710 or more depending on household income. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy eligibility and quantum are administered by ECDA and are subject to change. To confirm the exact amounts applicable to your family's situation, visit the ECDA website or speak with the admissions team at Raffles House directly. Note that subsidies are only available at ECDA-licensed centres, so verifying Raffles House's licence status before enrolment is an important step.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most sought-after in the childcare sector. Popular centres frequently have waitlists stretching three to twelve months, and January is typically the peak intake period aligned with the start of the school year. Families are advised to enquire as early as possible — ideally six to nine months before the intended start date — even if the exact start month is not yet confirmed. To secure a place at Raffles House, you will generally need to pay a registration fee and, upon confirmation of a slot, a deposit. Contact Raffles House directly via phone or their enquiry form to check current availability and understand their specific registration process.
