From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a friendly welcome, the staff are wonderfully helpful in guiding you to your yoga session. I’ve attended classes with Yuni and Dianne, and both are fantastic teachers. Each class is thoughtfully structured, with clear guidance through the poses and plenty of positive encouragement throughout. They create such a calming, supportive atmosphere, and the soothing sound bath at the end is a beautiful way to complete the session. Additionally, the spa facilities are a lovely way to unwind, spotlessly clean, stocked with fragrant products, and complete with luxurious bathrobes that add an extra touch of comfort. A truly relaxing and uplifting experience, highly recommended.
I just came out from the massage. I had the Absolute relaxation. At first the pressure was a bit too hard for me so I told Jenny my therapist and she immediately adjusted her pressure. She is a very good therapist and I had the chance to have quite a lot of massages in my life. She has great skills really. I feel totally refreshed and relaxed. The spa itself is very clean and beautiful, there is a sauna, hammam and a hot bath and an ice foutain which I love. The receptionists are really welcoming and nice. The overall experience was very good. Thank you and see you again.
I had the most beautiful day at Raffles Spa. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The massage was exceptional: deeply relaxing, unhurried, and expertly delivered. The spa facilities themselves are stunning; calm, elegant, and immaculately maintained. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious, from the gorgeous amenities and toiletries to the plush robes and towels. It felt like a true escape right in the heart of the city. An indulgent, flawless experience. I loved every moment and can’t wait to return.
Exquisite experience. Every service was delivered with just the right touch—nothing felt excessive, only deeply comforting. The crystal stones in the spa pool gave a sense of energetic cleansing, as if the space itself was lifting your mood and attracting good luck. A truly refined and rejuvenating retreat.
This was a magical experience for my wife and I. The ladies at the spa were accomodating, polite and highly professional. The spa ammenities were luxurious and certainly made you feel relaxed even prior to undergoing the treatment. We would most certainly return on our next holiday to Singapore!

Most holistic spa and wellness providers do not require a formal GP referral, but a brief intake conversation at your first visit is standard. You may be asked to complete a short health form covering any medical conditions, allergies, recent injuries, skin sensitivities, or contraindications (such as pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, or recent surgery) that could affect which treatments are safe or appropriate for you. If you intend to claim the cost through an insurance policy or a corporate wellness benefit, a GP referral letter can strengthen that claim, particularly for physiotherapy-adjacent or therapeutic massage treatments. For complex or chronic conditions, it is worth discussing with your doctor before booking any intensive bodywork.
Holistic spa therapists in Singapore are not governed by a single mandatory professional register in the way that physiotherapists (AHPC), TCM practitioners (TCMPB), or medical doctors (SMC) are. This means verification relies more on asking directly about the therapist's training background, years of practice, and any voluntary certifications held (such as ITEC, CIBTAC, or CIDESCO for beauty and massage therapy). Raffles Spa Singapore does not list specific regulatory licences in this directory entry. Before your appointment, ask which therapist will be treating you and what qualifications they hold. If you have a specific therapeutic need — such as post-injury recovery or lymphatic drainage — confirm the therapist's specialism directly rather than assuming it from the general treatment menu.
