An appointment was incorrectly recorded as having been rescheduled, despite no consent ever being given. This inaccurate account was then used to justify turning us away even though we arrived at the originally agreed time. The way this was handled on the day was dismissive and unprofessional, which added unnecessary distress. While management later apologised and acknowledged in writing that our account was not reflected accurately, the issue was largely framed as a generic administrative lapse rather than addressing the core problem. Clear communication and accountability are essential in healthcare. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both.
