About "Rainbow Centre"
Rainbow Centre is a preschool and kindergarten listed on KakiList serving families islandwide, with a centre located at 501 Margaret Drive, Singapore 149306. The provider is KakiList verified and ACRA registered, and holds a Google rating of 4 out of 5 across 21 reviews — a moderate sample size that offers a reasonable directional signal. Fees are positioned in the mid-range tier ($$) for Singapore childcare.
Families typically begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as places — particularly for younger age groups — can fill well in advance. When you contact Rainbow Centre, it is worth asking about the infant-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and curriculum approach, and the settling-in period for new children. You should also ask about ECDA subsidy eligibility if your child is a Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident, as this can materially reduce out-of-pocket fees. A centre visit before enrolment allows you to meet the lead teacher and observe the environment firsthand.
To take the next step, reach out to Rainbow Centre via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page to check current slot availability for your child's intended start month and to arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

This is the most best year of my life. i made new friends and some teachers i remeber. From 13 years ago and it was great times hanging out with my friends and also my best friend.
It’s apparent to anyone passing thru that the teachers are a caring lot .. my only peeve is this disconcerting experience when I was being rather rudely told off by a “very important looking person”not to wonder about in the school. even though I was in the public areas. Not at all welcoming . My regard for the establishment just fell !
Just passing by….
Good jobs
Hope to be blessed place

Rainbow Centre is priced in the mid-range ($$) tier for Singapore preschools and kindergartens. Published monthly fees will depend on your child's age group and the programme type, so it is best to contact the centre directly for the current fee schedule. Beyond the monthly fee, you should ask about a one-off registration fee, a refundable deposit (commonly equivalent to one to two months of fees), and any uniform or insurance charges. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so no goods and services tax will be added to your bill. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in a licensed childcare centre are eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care places and up to S$300 per month for childcare places. Working mothers who clock at least 56 hours of work per month may also qualify for the Additional Working Mother Child Care Subsidy on top of the Basic Subsidy. For lower-income families, means-tested Additional Subsidy can bring combined monthly support up to S$710 or more depending on household income. For kindergarten programmes, the KiFAS (KidSTART and Financial Assistance Scheme) provides further support for eligible families. Permanent Resident children receive partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy rates are reviewed by ECDA periodically, so check the ECDA website directly for the most current figures before enrolment.
Demand for preschool and kindergarten places in Singapore means popular centres can have waiting periods, particularly for infant care and nursery-level spots. It is generally advisable to enquire three to twelve months ahead of your intended start date, with January being the main peak intake month for most programmes. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and, once offered a slot, a deposit. Contact Rainbow Centre directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month, and to understand what is required to confirm a place.
