Fees are priced at a mid-range level on a monthly recurring basis.
Families considering Rainbow Cove for infant care are encouraged to reach out via phone or the enquiry form to ask about available slots for their intended start month. It is advisable to arrange a centre visit to meet the caregiving team, understand the infant-to-caregiver ratio, and learn about the daily routine and settling-in approach. During your visit, ask specifically about the programme structure for infants and how the team supports the transition from home. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also enquire about ECDA subsidies, which can meaningfully reduce the monthly cost.
As a practical next step, contact Rainbow Cove directly by phone or through the enquiry form to check availability for your target intake month. Infant care places in Singapore are in high demand, particularly for slots starting in January, so enquiring several months ahead is strongly recommended.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

Our family has had many wonderful years with Rainbow Cove Kallang CC Preschool, and we are deeply thankful for the care and education they have provided. Our granddaughter Claire started her journey here from playgroup, moved through Nursery 1 and 2, and later completed Kindergarten 1 and 2 before graduating to primary school at Our Lady of Good Counsel. Rainbow Cove built a strong academic and behavioural foundation for her. Because of this, she adapted very well to primary school and is now well-liked by her teachers, classmates, and schoolmates. Seeing how well Claire benefitted from the school, we confidently enrolled our grandson Cillian at Rainbow Cove too. At such a tender age, the teachers patiently and creatively teach the children their alphabets and counting using songs, repetition, visual aids, storytelling, and daily routines. This makes learning enjoyable and effective, allowing the children to learn quickly while still having fun. My wife and I are also actively involved as school volunteers, and through this involvement, we have witnessed the dedication, patience, and genuine care shown by the teachers and staff. The children are well-guided, well-behaved, and nurtured holistically. Rainbow Cove is a preschool we truly trust, and we highly recommend it to parents seeking a caring and supportive learning environment for their children. Cyril & Carol
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rainbow Cove @ Kallang CC is an excellent and highly recommended kindergarten. My granddaughter studied here from Playgroup to K2 and is now doing very well in CHIJ Our Lady of Good Counsel (P5), which shows the school’s strong foundation and values. My grandson started from N2 and is now in K1. He loves going to school every day, and since then, he has learned well and shown clear progress in his work and overall development. The teachers are caring, professional, and well-trained, led by the dedicated Principal Mariana. A warm, nurturing environment with holistic education and nutritious meals. I strongly recommend Rainbow Cove @ Kallang CC. ❤️❤️

My daughter attended N1 in Rainbow Cove and the teachers are very caring and takes time to help each child adapt to the environment. She has learnt how to be creative and independent and we have seen that in the time she was with the school. Many thanks teachers and ms Marianna for your love and thoughtfulness!

My son learned many important skills and developed good habits and confidence. We really appreciate all the effort and dedication from the teachers and staff.

Rainbow Cove prices its infant care at a mid-range level, indicated by the $$ tier on KakiList. Fees are charged on a monthly recurring basis. Beyond the headline monthly fee, families should ask about one-off upfront costs such as a registration fee and a deposit, which is typically equivalent to around two months' fees. Additional items such as uniforms and group insurance are sometimes charged separately, so it is worth clarifying what is included before signing the parent contract. Childcare and infant care fees at ECDA-licensed centres are GST-exempt, so you should not be charged GST on the monthly tuition component. Contact Rainbow Cove directly for the exact current fee schedule. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in infant care at an ECDA-licensed centre may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy of up to S$600 per month. Working mothers who work at least 56 hours per month may qualify for the additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy on top of this. Families with lower household incomes may also apply for the Additional Subsidy, which is income-tested and can bring total combined subsidies to up to S$710 per month depending on circumstances. Permanent Resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum levels. Subsidy amounts are reviewed periodically by ECDA, so the figures above may change. You should confirm the current subsidy schedule and your eligibility directly with ECDA or through the centre's administration team before relying on specific amounts. Visit the ECDA website at ecda.gov.sg for the most current figures and an eligibility checker.
Infant care places in Singapore are among the most sought-after in the childcare sector, and popular centres often fill slots three to twelve months ahead of the intended start date. January is the peak intake month, and families targeting that period should begin enquiries well in advance — ideally by mid-year of the preceding year. To secure a place, centres typically require payment of a registration fee and a deposit at the time of confirmation. These amounts vary by centre, so ask Rainbow Cove what is required to hold a slot once an offer is made. Contact Rainbow Cove directly by phone or through the enquiry form to check current availability and to add your child to any waitlist if slots are not immediately open.
